    I bought my car 2019 from this dealership as a New 2018 dodge *******. Car was in excellent shape well kept services on my car from this dealership and my AAA car care. Stacks of servicing of paperwork to show the great maintenance on this vehicle. Took the car to the same dealership I bought the car from for a first time tune up after ******* miles as recommended through the dealership. Car had no issues running quietly no jerking of any sort. Two days after the tune up , engine popping on so I took back to the dealership , they claimed it was a defective spark plug they put in so they changed it out, two days after change out again the engine light came back on along with the overheating engine gauge this time. Dealerships was to far so I got the car to my other service place ******** car, ran a test on it and it turned out to be a blowed head gasket do to no coolant in the engine. What did the dealership mechanic do to my car during the tune up and fuel injection cleaning, still paid $939 to end up with a blow head gasket and nobody thought to check on the engine coolant before performing a tune up. I am stuck in 2 years car payment with Chrysler ************ and this issue is not over I definitely will be reaching out to the Bank on this issue and I know they are not going to like to hear and one of their dealers mechanic shop treating a customer that finances through them like this. This was a great no issues vehicle and I was the only owner this is sad and not expectable from the car own dealership like wow. If you cant trust your own dealership that makes the cars , who can you trust to fix your car.

    I tried to purchase a vehicle from them about 36 days ago. When I put down my deposit for $100 they took it willingly no problem. They said after I did not receive the vehicle that I wanted that they will refund the money back to me and check it would take about a week. The check never came and I'm still waiting. I've tried calling but as most dealerships would do they put me on hold because if you're not buying you're not really that important. I tried to be kind, and I even thought maybe it was just a misunderstanding or miscommunication but no one reached out. I hope for the next person that goes there looking for a vehicle they make sure to not wait around because they could take advantage of them just like they took advantage of me.

    I ordered a '23 Dodge Challenger from this dealer on 2/3/23. I gave them my good faith deposit. For the next 4 months I checked the order status with them. Every time, they gave me a different excuse. On 7/3/23, I get a call from them saying the manufacturer canceled the order. I went in that day to get my deposit back, but they sold me another car not with the options or color I had ordered. Bait and switch? I found out later that the manufacturer never received the order. This dealer took my money and put it in his pocket. I have purchased over 20 vehicles from dealers in my life. This was the worst experience. I would not purchase or recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. No wonder they have a D- rating with BBB. Believe it.

    My hubby traded in his old truck and bought a new Dodge Ram in fall 2021 at Classic Chrysler in Pineville. We financed through Chrysler, and found out in March 2022 that our vehicle wasnt registered with the **** We have been unable to pay our property tax and registration for the truck. We contacted the *** and they said the dealer has to initiate the paperwork for a new vehicle. We have called and emailed the dealership half a dozen times and they refuse to call or reply. In the meantime we are making payments and paying insurance for a vehicle we dont legally own. And it has dead tags. Weve been a Chrysler family for 50 years, and the service from this dealer has been so uncaring and lazy that we wont buy another one.
