I put a down payment of $3,000 to pineville import for a 2015 *** x3. I had the car for 5 days on the fifth day they called me to tell me a part had came for the car. They came and picked up the car and called me 30 minutes later saying the bank went back on the loan so they wouldnt be giving me the car or my money back. I am seeking a full refund for $3,000 being that I do not have what I paid for

Tasia Mcmanus came onto our lot to purchase our 2015 *** X3. She told us she wanted to go to ******* with her sister that came with her. After she took our car to *******, the bank called and said ************************* gave us fraudulent pay stubs and that she was fired from her previous job a year ago. So we had to wait for her return and picked up our car. So she took our 2015 *** X3 for a week, put a lot of miles, scratches, sand, chips, drinks spilled in the car within that week.  It is company policy that we do not do refunds when we take our car out of inventory for any reason no exceptions. We have our policy no refund policy in two areas in our dealership. One on the wall when you walk into the dealership and also right next to the customers chair where they sit with their sales person and sign documents. She came back to the store multiple times to argue and stop our business and focus on her. Demanded that she would not leave. She came back and yelled at customers on our lot to not buy. After explaining our policy to ***** and her sister, she requested that we put the car on hold for 30 days in case she found a cosigner. We held the car for 3 weeks and she came back with a *** X3 with ******* tags. When she came onto the lot and picked up her things, she removed all 4 *** door lights and applied them to her car and left our *** with empty holes where the lights go.
