I ordered a set of play furniture from Halo Cuties in October-ish time frame for my grandchildren. The gift was given in December. Immediately, the zipper on the cushion covers broke. I then proceeded to contact Halo Cuties from that time on for replacement cushion covers. They would respond with ROBO Emails and I would reply that I want a definitive answer and/or phone contact. Each email said they are experiencing backlog from overseas and the replaced cushion covers would be here within 3-4 weeks. It never happened. I continue to email but they have not responded once I threatened with BBB notification. Please help....just trying to get the cushions replaced so my grands can enjoy the furniture. The order number is HC71500. I have attached email correspondence from when I started requesting repair up to the last email I received from them a couple weeks ago. Bought off of ****** on November 22, 2022 for $199.29. This was supposed to be a pink couch we received a grey couch. I emailed the company in hopes for an exchange or to replace the cover on November 23, 2022. I never heard back from the company. I have reached out via ******** and **** as well in between the times trying to receive some form of contact. None of my efforts have been in any luck. We gifted this to my daughter for Christmas and just settled for the grey. Christmas day it was opened and the zippers fell off!!!!! Sent another email and still no response. Here we are today and it won't even stay together because there are no zippers and still no contact from Halo Cuties.Initial Complaint

I ordered a play couch from halo cuties on 5/2/2022 for $162, order # *******. The zippers were broken when I opened the package. I contacted customer service for a refund or replacement. It took them weeks to respond. They said they would send new set of covers. I have emailed them every month since and I still haven’t gotten a refund or replacement. I purchased two play couches from Halo Cuties on Aug 21, 2022. It was shipped on Aug 24. It arrive on Sept 2, 2022. On Sept 14, the zipper on one of the cushions broke. A few days later, another zipper broke. These are an important feature of the play couches. Anyway, I immediately contacted the company on the 14th, and they took several weeks and several messages to hear back. I will note that previous to purchasing the couches, they would respond within a few days to my inquiries. I did not hear back from them until Sept 26, when they said they will replace the cushion covers. I agreed. Then I didn’t hear anything until Oct 6 after several messages trying to get a confirmation of when they’d send the cushions. I will note that I continually warned them I’d be reporting them if they didn’t deal with this issue. On Oct 6 they responded to say they were making the covers and would let me know as soon as they were ready. I have not heard back since. It has been nearly a month. Upon further investigation, I see that several people have had the same issue. This is not acceptable. I spent $332.91 on this. That’s a lot of money for us. On top of that, the zipper pulls break off. That’s dangerous. My kids were putting them in their mouths before I realized what was happening. They break from their normal use. No one is tugging on the zippers. They’re just climbing on the cushions, which is what the play couches are designed for. This is a serious choking hazard.Initial Complaint

On June 7th, I purchased the tangerine couch from Halo Cuties. When they arrived, two of the four zippers broke, making one whole section of the couch unusable. I reached out to the company and was told they would send me a replacement cover. I waited. Nothing for a month. I reached out and was told their ‘stock’ was coming by the end of July. July came and went and I was then told when I contacted them that they would be in and that if it did not arrive by the end of August, I would be given the choice between a replacement couch or a full refund. The end of August arrived and I reached out again. I was told the replacement covers had arrived and would be shipped out soon. Tracking would be available in a few days. I never got anything for tracking and have still not gotten any replacement cover or refund. It is now nearing the end of October. The company has stopped responding to me and hasn’t responded since September 7th when they claimed the covers were on their way. This was clearly a lie, as nothing has ever arrived.Initial Complaint

On April 23, 2022 I bought a play furniture couch from HALO CUTIES for $162 to give to my daughter for her birthday in May. She played with the item occasionally until the zippers completely ripped off the item. On August 14, I started contacting Halo Cuties via email, live chat and FB message since they do not provide a phone number for customer service. I finally heard back August 27 and on August 29 they said they were going to replace the covers with no info on when or tracking info. I have since reached out multiple times with no reply. This company is knowingly selling faulty products and not responding to customers. Their Instagram and Facebook pages are full of this same problem and the company needs to be held accountable or shut down all together.Initial Complaint

I purchased one play couch on 9/21/22 for $116.95 On sale and with a discount for being a new customer the item was advertised as in stock for free shipping, total charge was $146.94 as they proceeded to charge me $29.99 for shipping, which is far from free. I reached our with do resolution. I received said order promptly on 9/28/22 #******* Item slipcovers were damaged due to vacuum packaging and do not function properly. The zippers have all been torked/twisted, or broken off completely. The product came out of the box like this. I have contacted them through many chat and email outlets with no response whatsoever. I was asking about a refund or return… nothing, radio silence. The items therefore can not come apart the way advertised, or be cleaned. At this point I’m questioning whether or not this company is real. Very frustrating. They have no way for me to call or leave a review. Very suspicious!Initial Complaint

On April 19 I purchased two halo cuties play couches. Total charge was $323.99. When they arrived I noticed broken zippers and contacted the company. They informed me I would receive new zipper pulls. Finding nothing but positive reviews, I ordered a third couch on April 22. Total charge was 179.99. The zippers appeared to be in better shape and I believed I would receive new zipper pulls soon. On July 24 I decided to wash the (as advertised) removable covers. Almost all the zipper pulls broke, menaing I couldn't zip up the cushions after they were cleaned and on some I couldn't even get the zippers undone to clean the covers. I emailed the company on July 25, expressing my frustration. I was told that replacement covers would be received at the end of July. In this time I noticed several reviews with the same issues that were then deleted off the web page. Recently, one Instagram post I noticed a comment from someone who had been waiting 10 months for replacements. I feel like I have been lied to. They claim there is a one year warranty, but I don't know how to get them to honor this of they just keep pushing me off with assurances that I will be receiving replacements. At this point I should like a refund. The couches don't zip together to make shapes, the covers won't zip completely. I can not use them for their intended purposes at all.Initial Complaint

I bought the sofa in February. The zippers immediately broke making it unusable. I contacted the company. After waiting for a response for a month, someone emailed and said they would send me a new cover. That was now seven months ago and I have been emailing them to check on the status, but they are not returning my emails. They said they don’t have a phone number to call. Ordered on April 28, 2022 Order # HC71224 Received May 1, 2022 Item slipcovers were damaged due to vacuum packaging and do not function properly. The zippers have fused together or broken off completely. The product came out of the box like this. Company admitted this and offered a zipper. The amount of damage will not be fixed by a zipper. Halo then asked for more documentation which I provided. They said on May 7 2022 that they would be sending replacement slipcovers. May 23, 2022 they say they are waiting on a shipment from overseas. I want a refund or a replacement.
