    Ordered sunglasses on July 10 from this ** business. On July 13, I was charged by an LLC out of ******, ** (Vinhblue) with an address that matches a mexican restaurant in ******. On July 13, I got a ship confirmation that said **** is awaiting product. By July 19, this had not changed, so I reached out to the company. ***y responded with "it is now updated." *** ********* or whomever I was dealing with updated the tracking themselves. It now said on July 20, "**** awaiting product." After another couple of days, I asked them to just cancel the order. I was sent a response with their return policy which would not yet allow a return. *** link was to A DIFFERENT company called "armymerch.shop", with addresses in ******* and *******. At this point, I have NO idea what company or whom I am dealing with, and it is definitely NOT craftmasterslate in **************. I finally 2.5 weeks after ordering, received the sunglasses. *** sunglasses were crushed by shipping, had scratches on the lenses and were bent. I sent pictures and asked for a refund. *** response 5 days later was "we are shipping you new sunglasses." I don't want new ones, which I told them, but have yet to have any response. This website is a sham. I have no idea what the actual company is I am dealing with, is it craftmasterslate in **, Vinhblue (an LLC in a mexican restaurant in ******) that charged me, or armymerch.shop (the company in ******* or *******, which I was directed me to when I wanted to return). I have yet to hear back from them. I will be speaking to my cc company, as well. Of note, I also asked for a phone number to directly speak with someone, and I have gotten no response. This ********* is not honest about who they are or who you are ordering from.

    I ordered a pair of glasses that were advertised for 10-18year olds. My son is 10! I figured based on the description Id be fine. Once I got them, my son tried them on and they were so small. They wouldve fit him when he was four! I requested to return and at first they were acting like they would return them, asked for pictures, etc. today, I open my email and am furious. Email: Hi **** -,We are so sorry but as per checking the order, we see that the correct size and design ordered was sent. Therefore we cannot accept exchanges/returns/refund, hopefully you can understand! ?Instead, we now have a discount offer of 15% for our loyalty customer. Please let us know if you want to get the discount code. Thank you so much!************************* Customer Success ManagerI noticed another person had the same complaint!     I purchased sunglasses from this company and they said delivered, but they were delivered to an entirely different city and State - **************, **. Its been almost two weeks since I purchased them too. Im worried this is a fraudulent site.

    I purchased sunglasses online which did not fit, once received, so I requested a refund through their customer service email address. I received a request for photos of the product which I supplied, and then received another email stating that my request for a refund was denied. I met all time and quality requirements of their refund policy, but their response was "we see that the correct size, design ordered was sent and also no problems with the product received such as defects. Therefore, we cannot issue a full refund to you in this case." Their own website specifies "Does the customer have to pay to ship the returned item? and in what case? In case the customer is not satisfied: This case occurs when the customer buys the wrong product, the product is not suitable or the customer does not like the item anymore, the customer must pay the actual cost to ship the goods. Returns and goods are only accepted in the original condition with the manufacturers label."Purchase date: approx. March 27, 2023 Received: April 13, 2023 Purchase amount: $29.85
