    Trash has not been collected down our road in a month, despite paying the company. *** has created a monopoly against rural trash services and misleads customers into signing up for their ********************. Our local trash drop off has more than doubled in price since they moved into our area. As a disabled veteran, I am disappointed that there are companies taking advantage of its rural consumers.

    I get charged for a service, "weekly trash pick-up" when they fail to meet that obligation they refuse to give a credit. Why should I have to pay for a service that they fail to provide? I want to cancel the service at this point, because I am tired of being charged when they are failing to do what they are being paid for.

    We have been trying to cancel service and have GFL remove their 2 yard dumpster from our property since 12/30/24. Each time we call we are told a different thing, our final payment and contract cancellation has been posted to our account per their staff, and they still will not come and remove the dumpster. The last 3 weeks they have promised to come get it and it is still sitting in my yard. I just want them to come remove it. I can forward the email that I attached the screen shots of if necessary. Thank you.

    Local branch has agreed that a refund of $89.14 is due. Initially told it would take 3 weeks to receive back on the cc . As it is 3 weeks, a call was made to determine status. They are now claiming it takes 6 to 8 weeks to get it approved through the home office.

    I have too much trash. It was within the bin but above the lid. So they did not pick up my trash and won't return for a week. Firstly, I have never had a ****** refuse a haircut bc I have too much hair, or a patient not be treated because they have too many illnesses. But the trash collection people don't want to pick up too much trash. Any other week, half of the trash ends up in front of my house on the street, but at least they got some of it. Now, they wont even try. Then I called and asked for them to come get it at ~1645. The lady on the phone says, call back in about 20 minutes and we will see if we get a response. They close at 1700 and you cannot get through. That is classy customer service. Call back after we are closed. I pay for them to get my trash, I need access to a course about what an acceptable amount of trash is. Until that time, I want money back for services I have not received.

    The Company (which is now known as ******* Waste *************) has yet to provide the service of trash pickup for, at the time of writing, a month now. We've repeatedly called the company with complaints and are repeatedly told "we have you on the list for next day pickup/your complaint has been provided to the supervisor/we'll have someone out tomorrow". It has been since before Christmas and our garbage is piled up. Our bill is paid up to date. We just want our garbage picked up. Please, help us.

    I was driving in ********, ** just before 10AM on 01/20/2025 and I was on ********** and a driver was was backing out of the church parking lot at the corner of ********************************** and didnt stop and continued to back into the road even after honking the horn repeatedly, my only option then was to drive into the wrong lane. This is unacceptable to have a driver that does not look around and pay attention to their surroundings. I tried to reach customer service to report this and I was transferred 4 times and sent to a voicemail so my only immediate option is to contact law enforcement to report this reckless driving.

    On 12/19/2024 I paid for a year in advance for weekly trash pick up. My trash was picked up on 12/24. After this, for 20 days I had to call every single day, as we were not picked up on specified day and each time I was told someone was dispatched.Finally on January 13th my trash was picked up for the second time. After speaking to a supervisor; I was told I would be picked up again on 1/16 and every Thursday from here on out. Again, I paid in advance for every single week pick up and they missed 3 weeks. Now again on 1/16/2025 I was not picked up! And now again, *** got to use my time and call tomorrow for no reason at all as calling does absolutely no good and I get told someone is coming to no one showing up!We were told on 1/13/2025 an extra work order was in for our address so we would not be missed but we were still not picked up and missed again. Their words mean nothing at this point!If my trash cannot be picked up every week on the day they assigned and they took on business they cannot fill; I expect a full refund to my debit card. As at this point, it would be a stretch to think they could issue a check when they cant even fulfill an order that was paid in full!I called every day 5 days in a row and was told each day that it was dispatched to end up each day without pick up.I am a local business owner myself and at this time, Ive spent so much time on hold and speaking to gfl, they need to start paying me for my time.All that is expected; is my trash is picked up weekly. As again, I paid in advance for this service!

    They took my $72.15 for services at my home. They are refusing to bring my two trash cans so I can begin service pick up. This conversation started 12.2.24. On 1.7.25 I paid the fees and after the payment was told I could not get my cans till 2.12.25.Please I need my trash cans. The trash is pilling up. Please help.

    I pay for trash and recycling. They skip services on scheduled pickup and try to charge extra to come back to provide the services that are already paid for. This has happened multiple times and the only excuse I have ever been given was that there was a truck in the street. Every employee I have been in contact with has been either lazy or rude.
