Jerry’s moving crew caused significant damage to my possessions and did not respond after I indicated there was significant damage. Do not use them unless you want significant damage to your possessions. They were very careless in how they loaded and unloaded items and most of my wooden furniture has significant gouges or scratches. They put wood furniture on ends for no reason. They even threw a metal ladder on top of an expensive grill system and scratched and broke my grill. And for no reason at all put a medal jack on an expensive wooden chair and scratched and gouged the chair when there was room to put it on the floor. And the crew complained about the amount of furniture to move and the pay rate almost constantly even though it was a negotiated rate through uhaul. And in the middle of the move they took an extended break and did not meet us at the agreed time or place. I have used other moving crews without any of these issues. They did not show any concern or care for the items they were moving. I have thousands of dollars of damage because of them for possessions I value and care about. Do not use Jerry’s moving if you care about your possessions.
