I would give zero stars if I could. Please do NOT fall prey to this course if you feel like your kids are strong-willed, do not listen well, or have strong personalities. The course is advertised to work for everyone as long as you put in the work and go through all of the course. However, I am a double board-certified physician with two toddler boys, and I went through the course thoroughly three times and employed all of the tools. It simply did not work for our family! If your children are not passive, compliant and non-strong-willed, this course will not work. DO NOT BUY! They will not give you your money back if the course does not work. You only have about 30 days and there is no way to know if this will work in 30 days. It is an extremely long, tedious course. It takes a long time to get through and even longer to implement the tools. You keep thinking, “ just keep trying, it will work.” Spoiler alert: It does not work. All it did was give me an immense sense of daily guilt every time I raise my voice. If yelling as what works for your family, please do not purchase this course as it will make you feel guilty every second of the day. If I can help just one parent or caregiver avoid what I am going through, I will be a happy person as empathy is my love language.

It is our deepest desire to meet parents where they are and support them on their journey. I am sorry we missed the mark with your family. We know the course content is foundational to every parent's success in our program, BUT, like you said, we know every child and family situation is unique. It is for this reason that we offer a year's worth of UNLIMITED access to join our coaching calls. Our records show you didn’t attend any calls during your first year of membership. Additionally, when our team offered you an additional call after your first year's worth of calls expired, you chose not to use it. As a board-certified physician, I'm sure you can relate to this integrative approach. As a physician, you understand the science behind biology and human physiology, but each time you meet with a patient you must understand their unique needs and provide them with patient-specific care. That's the purpose of our coaching calls — to take the wisdom from the course and offer parents individualized support in light of their unique situation. Regarding your request for a refund, we think it's important to note a couple of things. First, your request was made 14 months after your initial purchase. Not only would offering a refund to you after 14 months be unfair to other customers, but I'd humbly ask you to consider if you'd expect... A professor to give you a refund on a class you didn't feel met your expectations 12 months after you took the class, or... A psychologist to give you a refund on a session from over a year ago because the tools you learned in that session aren't working for you, or... A book store to give you a refund on the 5 books you purchased and read over a year ago because you didn't like them, or... A fitness coach to refund your money if you weren't achieving the results they promised you would. As a physician and coach yourself, I am sure you can understand how it seems incongruous to expect a refund over a year after consuming someone's intellectual property. Even in light of that, you will continue to have lifetime access to our course and all content we add in the future — including bringing in other experts you might find helpful in your journey. Additionally, because we are so committed to your success, we've added an additional 3 use-anytime coaching calls to your account that never expire. Again, we are sorry we didn't meet the mark with your family, but we really do hope you find the parenting help you are looking for (whether with us or someone else) and are able to get the support you need.
