I am ***************** ****. I started communicating with ***************************** of National Gold Group on the 17th of November. Prior to that I had received information from National Gold group that my money is not safe in the bank and how gold was the best way to protect my money. They included a form to fill out in order to receive a gold investment guide. Then I started receiving multiple phone calls from the company. I mentioned to the individual who called that In needed some information about the metals and the value and also how it would improve my investment growth. She then referred me to *******************. I explained to her that I had an sum of money and also let her know that I was 2 months shy of 70. That money that I have is all that I have. I cant afford to lose any of it. She told me about the spot price that changes daily. She gave me spot prices for all the metals. she also mentioned that average growth has been 8%, 18% and the currently its at 12%. I was really excited about it. She also mentioned that it has to be held for 3 to 5 years. I was amazed to see that the numbers on the invoice was a lot higher than I was expecting, So I called up other metal dealers from 10 of the best list and was given quotes that were much less than quoted by ***. I called them up and cancelled the order before they started the shipping process. I needed to reassess my investment strategy, at that point I had lost all trust in NGG. I found out that I lost over $56000 right off the bat. At my advanced age that was not good. I did not have the luxury of time to recoup my losses. therefore I decided not to go forward with it. I called them up and cancelled the order. Currently I am experiencing difficulties communicating with them.
