    My name is Chief ****** with ****** Twp. Fire ***** in Medway ****. An order was placed on 08/02/2024 with Hot Stick USA out of ******* N.C. The items purchased was (3) AC Hotstick which are used to aid Firefighters check to see if a downed electrical line is electrically charged. The Fire ***** credit card was charged, and the items have never been sent to **. We have left voice mail messages and inquiries on their website with zero response from them.

    My department purchased two hotsticks back on November 17, 2023. We have not yet received the product. I have tried emailing and calling with no answer from neither. I cannot believe this company that has been in business for 20 years can have such poor customer service. I have not received any tracking information either.

    Ordered the product online, They don't send a confirmation email. Following up today, there is no contact information on their website or company info, additionally, there is no way to cancel the order when logged into the account. All the *** directs you back to the account page where there is no options other than to see that you ordered an item .

    I purchased a Hotstick from their website and recipes the recipes with my card be charged. I have not received my item nor shipping information. I have tried calling multiple time and sending multiple email with no response. I need to purchase two more hotsticks and send one in for repair but I will not do so till I receive my first item that was purchased through the website.

    We have 4 of their products waiting for repair in their system. These items were first sent to their location for repair 260 days ago - November 2021. We were given a price for the repair and told they were just waiting for parts to arrive. We know they were having trouble sourcing parts but we have had no updates for several months. We have called, emailed and left voice mail and have had no contact with anyone from the company since April 21, 2022. Our last interaction with them was "We were out of repair parts as well for the units but have everything we need now." April 21, 2022 There has been no response for over 100 days even after many calls and messages from various employees, including our company president. Any contact from them would be ideal at this point.

    Which part is the customer looking for.  I am happy to send them one free of charge.  I will need to know the serial number of the AC Hotstick along with the shipping address.
