    I've been receiving seafood from Know Seafood for several years now. Their fish has always fresh and delicious. It encouraged me to try fish I may not have jad before (fresh tuna was new to me ( *** amsxing!!!) and brazino). I actually got the courage to fix scallops as well. I've had no trouble with the company or their product.

    My first review on Know Seafood. The customer is not right apparently with this company. I have told many people not to order from Know Seafood. I lost $210 from them, and they will replace it at 50% off. I did have my unit number on their site, and tried calling them, but no one answered. ******** is not very nice. To settle this, I think that they should refund $100 for me, then it would only be a $110 loss. In economic times and being under employed $100 is a lot for me. I hope that this company will see clear to do this.

    Hi *****,

    We apologize for the difficulties with your orders. Unfortunately, you did not provide us with your Unit Number on any of your orders which caused a delay with UPS as they were unable to deliver as addressed. Nowhere in our system did we have your unit number. Luckily with your first order, UPS was able to resolve the missing unit number and deliver without delay.
    We have no way of knowing what your unit number is, as this is solely inputted by our customers. We sent 3 emails stating exactly what you put in for your delivery address. 1) Order Confirmation Email, 2) Order is Shipped. 3. Order is Out for Delivery. Additionally, we supplied you with an UPS tracking number as well. In all of these emails, the address you supplied to KnowSeafood was detailed in the emails.

    Our policies clearly state the following:
    a) When placing your order, please enter your shipping address carefully to ensure accuracy and review your receipt/account for any errors. If you enter the shipping address incorrectly when the order is placed, please email *********************** immediately for correction.
    b) If your order is returned to us or delayed because of an incorrect address or refusal of delivery when shipped according to our terms and conditions, we must dispose of the contents and you will not be refunded. In the event an order is delivered late due to an incorrect address or if you are unable to retrieve on the delivery date without prior notification and thawing/damage occurs, you will not be refunded. If you would like an order that was improperly addressed or not retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date reshipped, you will be charged 50% of the cost for the replacement shipment.

    We DID offer the 50% off a replacement to help you with the mistake that you had made, however you continue to assign the blame solely on KnowSeafood. Everyday, we do our very best to work with our customers when these issues arise!
