This is the 3rd time i have used this company. First two times were without issue. The completed job was good and timely. My issue the third time wasnt with the work... it was with a rediculous upcharge.I paid $450 for a paint restoration on my 2016 *** 228i two door coupe. When the guy was finished he told me my car was actually a 2 door sedan because it had a back seat and I would be charged an additional $20. I thought it was strange, but i am no car expert, so I paid. In the scheme of things another $20 is small potatos.I later did some research and found I was outright lied to. Nowhere, including the *** site is my version of the 228i listed as a Sedan. I called their number and I spoke to a kid who said maybe it was the size of car. I told him it is a 228i... it doesnt get much smaller. He said he would speak to his manager and call me back.He did call back but wasnt willing to do anything. Absolutely uncaring and disinterested. It is not about the $20. I spent $450... so I am not trying to get away with something. My problem is with the ethics of it. You already made $450 from me for your service. Why would you charge another $20 based off incorrect information? Why wouldnt you mention it at the beginning? This is a shady practice. There are plenty of great, ethical detailers out there. In the future, I will be giving them my yearly $450.

ROSES ROSES ROSES! I'M THROWING ROSES! If you do not use WashNwerk mobile detailing you should. I have a Chevy Equinox and regularly play chauffeur to my 4 and 5-year-old. My car was not in the worst condition, but it definitely was not the best. Mr. ****** put cleaning on my car!! WHAT YOU TALKIN BOUT ******?!?! I know my neighbors thought I hit the lotto because it sure felt like it. I can't recommend them enough. He did a full exterior wash and buffed out my minor scrapes. He even gave my botched attempt at fixing a scrape with a car pen a facelift. He also vacuumed, and shampooed my carpets and mats, wiped down the interior, and conditioned the seats. If you're a parent you know those car seats can be hell hold the holy on your seats. Call WashNwerk and thank me later. And my baby smelled great! CALL YESTERDAY! I guarantee you won't be saying BYE *******!

The technician from the Rolesville, NC location completed a services that was a birthday gift. Once completed, he illegally connect the hose to a neighbor's water line and filled the tank in the van. The homeowner realized this as she walked out with her dog. When confronted, the technician was rude, said he was 'borrowing' water then opened his wallet and said here...take money! The main office was called twice and the caller was assured the manager would return the call to discuss. That never happened. It appears that stealing is okay with them.
