Terrible builder. House not built to specification per plan. Trying to have builder to follow plans and make it as he agreed in contract. Minimum supervision by managers, have to stay on top of everyday work. Hallway made almost 4” narrower than plans call for. .

Good afternoon. We do not agree with Mr. ******'s comments and have tried to address this several times with Mr. ****** to no avail. Customer moved into home on 6/25/21 with a comprehensive punch list which consisted of 8 items per walk through on 6/25/21 prior to move in. Customer had an outstanding balance owed to contractor of $13,600 at time of move in. All punch list items that were on the agreed punch list were completed. We have advised Mr. ****** several times that any Warranty Items would be handled at the 1 year mark as long as contract balance was paid. Mr. ****** has refused payment and has advised that he does not wish to proceed with warranty work and will not pay the balance owed.Customer Response

Looks like builder is in breach of contract. In the contract he states that he will built the house according to plans specifications and obviously is not stair hallway is almost 4” too narrow, and many other items. Builder is in breach of contract.
