many have told me to never take your trucks here because they treat people of color horribly. I must say this did happen to me. I took one of my tow trucks to have a motor put in there in the month of October i also delivered the motor that would be put in the truck . this motor was $6000 so after I drop the motor off it literally sit out side uncovered for two weeks in the rain with my open transmission after repeated request to please cover my motor up or bring it inside my request were not granite The initial price was $3400 and they ended up charging me 5300 with no reimbursement for the motor sitting outside on the pallet getting rained on today is February 27, 2024. I just got my truck back so it sat there from October 2023 until today, if youre a person of color or anyone do not take your truck here because they will not respect your equipment like everyone elses. Please go to my ******** to see the video and the recorded conversations.

We had told the customer we were a couple months out on that job, and he agreed to bring it anyways. He had supplied us with a junkyard motor in which was not in working condition so we had to fix the motor when we were installing it. We gave ******************** a ball park estimate so in which the total price of the bill could be more or less than that of the estimate. We were respectful to him even though he was ******* us through the job even when we had told him it would take a while. He never made any comments to us while the truck was here that he was dissatisfied with the work we were performing besides the amount of time it was taking. The statement over the motor being left in the rain is exaggerated because all of the pipes and entrances to the motor were sealed and plugged up. At no point was any decisions made over skin color we have plenty of diverse clientele that would disagree with his remarks on us being racist, also to mention we have a diverse staff so never in any way would we judge or make decisions based on skin color. We are in full belief that ******************** was unhappy with the bill and that is why he is making false statements to hurt our name.

I am rejecting this response because:

The shop did not tell me that and if that he took my truck apart and just let it sit I tried to go and pick the truck up because he was not working on it but he had already took my truck apart. Here is a video showing he lied . On this day he said he would start but then he never did . Its been lies after lies
