  This business put on a roof in 2021 for my ************ who is elderly. It has a 5 year warranty. She has a leak and **** contacted the owner and hes told us 2 times h*** come out and fix it. He never showed up. Now when we call he wont answer the phone. Please help!!

  September 24th 2023. I Didnt do this before because i was going to let it go and move on with my life and forget about ********* and ******* and the rest of the crew. But on jan 21st a ceiling fan reinstalled by them after redoing the ceilings fell on my piano causing damage to it. Luckily my little boy was not practicing at the time. It fell because they used wood screws to attach the fan to the ceiling...... I have heard nothing from *********. He sent his contractors over to look then they said they would call ********* but nothing. I have called and texted. And nothing. Here is What i had them do originally. They removed popcorn and replaced ceilings and painted cabinets. All the trim had to be redone because the contractors ruined it. They fixed that mostly. None of the cabinets would close when they were done and this was simply left alone until I brought it up. They "fixed" those. But still some don't close. And there is missing harware. Some cabinet doors were put in the wrong place or upside-down. No attention to detail. And they just don't care. I thought they did but I was wrong.

  Luviano Roofing and Remodeling will take your money, not show up to appointments, lie to your face and hope you will just give up and disappear. We hired Luviano Roofing and remodeling to remodel our master bathroom. We learned about this company by word of mouth and felt confident in their ability to handle the job. Once work started, we noticed things were not done correctly and up to code. ********* Luviano, the owner of Luviano Roofing, subcontracted the job to one of his crews without discussing it with us. We did not know that the crew was not employees of Luviano Roofing. The crew doing the work did not speak English well, and we constantly had to call ********* to relay our concerns and questions to the workers. We asked ********* to come and look at the work done and see if he felt it was up to code. Once he saw the disaster that is now our master bathroom, he agreed that it was poorly done and agreed to refund $13,900.00 which was the agreed price for the labor. This did not include the materials. He tried to convince us that he was going to make the crew he subcontracted reimburse us. We told him that we hired Luviano Roofing (which ********* assured us was licensed and insured) and felt it should be the company that refunds us. He agreed to this and said he would make weekly payments until paid in full. This was the last time we saw ********* or his crew. He is not responding to messages and not answering our calls, and this is the fourth week since our last meeting. I contacted the Licensing Board of General Contractors to inquire about his license and insurance on 01/23/23 and discovered that he is not licensed or insured.
