I awakened 05-26-2024 to flat tires called police and made a report. Contacted insurance to start claim. I got car towed to *****'s Tire 06-04-2024 spoke to *********************** advised him my car was on the way and explained what I needed done. Told him two tires on drivers side would not pump up and had pink fingernail polish where air was leaking, front one on driver's side did pump up but went back down, back driver's side went flat but was able to pump up Sunday 06-02-24. I told him I needed this for insurance. He did nothing just put tires on my car and when insurance called Black's Tire the receptionist told them I was driving around with low air pressure on all my tires. I am so upset that this business did nothing I asked and now act like they did nothing wrong. If they would have inspected the tires as I asked they would have found the were vandalized. I have a sensor that lets me know when my tires are low in air and I find it offensive he stood there like a knot on a log when the receptionist was talking didn't say a word. She should have said nothing only the one who worked on my car. If it wasn't for them and their made up theories I would have my money from insurance company. I have also filed complaint on Nationwide as well with *********************

1/6/2021 My 2019 Hyundai Sonata with only 32,000 miles motor seize up. Black's tire in **** NC was the only person who touched or performed any maintenance of this vehicle. I have all records was only bought May of 2020 for Branded dealership Power's and Swain ************ NC. I had car towed to Deacon Jones Hyundai of ********* and they told me Black's tire was responsible party for this happening to my car they had put a used crusher washer on this vehicle and the oil filer was also loose making oil come out of said vehicle. I contacted Black's tire and spoke with store manager and she stated she would have someone above her pay grade to call me.************ called me and stated they were not at fault and that was the end of this conflict so now I will be taking them to small claims court but I want a written formal complaint put on them publicly because they all have sorry stores and I have heard so many complaints had I known how sorry their stores were I would have never taken any of my vehicles to them ever. I need something done about this immediately. Thank you

    Business response

    03/14/2022

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/03) */ After being informed of the issue with customer's vehicle, Black's worked with the dealership and customer to try to determine what occurred. Oil change was completed on 10/30/21 and issue happened 1/5/22 (when vehicle was taken to dealership). At that time the car was driven 3630 miles since the oil change. Area manager review the customer residence and where the vehicle was towed from and was not able to find any large oil spills that would reflect 4 plus qts of oil. Found none. Any oversight in work performed in October (loose oil filter/ bad drain plug) should have been evident shortly after service. Before 3600 miles the vehicle lights or indictors should have made the driver aware of any issues with the oil level. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/03/03) */ *********** came to my house early in the am with dew on the ground and spoke to my mother. She sent pictures to him where I park my vehicle and there are several more than 5 spots where the oil was leaking. I also stayed to him that where the vehicle broke down was a huge oil spot left on the road where the rest of the leakage came out of the car. He stayed he did not go there to that site. I will be taking them to small claims court I have all documents from dealership and all statements from everyone that touched and looked at that car. Since this has happened I have had I don't know well over a dozen people tell me that blacks tire has a reputation of not doing all of the work for which you are charged and they have proof that is time stamped and dated. I will never go back to these people they are very sorry and I will be filing a separate complaint with********* tire Corporate to try and get all ******** products out of all of their stores. I will not stop until they make this right for me. I will go on every social media platform and I also will be contacting all News Outlets to speak with them. They also almost messed up my sister's 2019 Hyundai Sonata with my same issue but my parents took her car to the dealership and the oil filter was also loose and leaking and if it had been left she would have had same issue her car also only has 30,000 miles on it. I have all written statements from all parties and other customers. It doesn't matter that it had been driven 3650 miles after oil change, they were the last ones to touch and lay hands on the car and they will be held responsible and accountable. This is the Black's Tire in***** NC on ****** Ave. Thank you
