Very unprofessional! September 18-- Called to say they were running behind and gave us a choice to wait or reschedule our sink installation. (Our installation window was between 5 and 7.) We were glad to reschedule because it was late. Finally got a new appointment for September 26 between 5 and 7. They never showed up to install our sink and didnt even call! Our sink is still sitting in the box.

Called at last minute to say their truck broke down. Nobody answered their phone and several hours later after using chat somebody finally contacted me and told me they could not come to the phone. After several missteps I finally told this company not to return. They painted our patio and got paint on the screens and the white siding A TV was mounted on the wall off center, a door lock was not mounted properly, a ceiling fan - which I turned on for the 3rd time a few days ago - had one of the fan blades fly off and mark a black leather chair. We are grateful that no one was sitting in the chair at the time! While the crew was polite and clearly tried to a good job, they were not skilled enough to do so. They had a hard time keeping their appointments in a timely fashion. Prep for the job was lacking as was expertise. I would say they were polite and really tried to do a good job - but were simply unable.B & L Labor Services, LLC Response

Thank you for your review and we do value your feedback. I'm sorry your experience was not as expected. We did try to fix the issues and only 2 issues listed were mentioned. That would be the paint and the fan didn't work which I fixed the faulty fan after you returned it and got a new one and everything worked fine. Blades were tightly installed. Even before this review you only mentioned the paint and the blade but you refused letting us fix the paint issue which would have turned your bad experience into a more positive experience. Our offer to fix needed issues still stands as we warranty our labor for 1 year. We will use this info to further better ourselves at providing high quality work.
