    I'd given my 30 day notice and moved out of the apartment. They did inspection everything was great. That was in March. Here it is in June and I have yet to receive my deposit or rent money owed. It's sad I have 4 kids behind on bills and can barely feed my children. Before I could even move in I had to have money. Over paid my rent and they won't give me anything. I don't know what else to do. I feel helpless.

    In response to id#********* the young lady did in fact gave a 30 day notice, however she did not give the correct forwarding address. Her check was returned and re-issued once we received her correct address. If there is anything else you may need to close this case please let me know.     I have yet to receive anything.  Nothing has come in the mail, and I've been in correspondence and compliance with the post office about receiving my mail at my new address.  No check.  Just empty words typed in  hopes that I give up.  But I will stay vigilant.

    Her check was issued in April and again in May. Not sure why Ms. ****** hasn’t received her security deposit yet. We have done what we were supposed to do on our end. Have a wonderful rest of your day.

    I am rejecting this response because: as a business I require proof that it was sent to my correct address. And the first response was given different excuses as why I haven't received my money owed to me. It doesn't take this long. I still haven't received any funds. It seems intentionally done and malicious on the businesses behalf. It didn't take 8 months to pay you or move in and it shouldn't take this long to receive money that doesn't belong to you and I gave you all a 30 days notice.  It's NORTH CAROLINA STATE LAW. YOU ALL HAVE BROKEN THE LAW AND HAVENT BEEN HELD ACCOUNTABLE.  I WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RESPONSE AS I NEED PROOF A RECEIPT OR TO SIMPLY RECIEVE MY FUNDS.  ILL EVENTUALLY TAKE YOU TO COURT.
