    I have a ***** Tahoe at this place. I have never been called such a bad name before and in terms two employees have called me a word of a SQUAW. I am trying to get my Tahoe fixed and I even wrote the main CEO PRESIDENT ******************* complaining about this one individual. I have never been told. That I have to pay a storage fee and I have to come get my vehicle without it being serviced. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I do not have the money for this so called over $500+ storage fee. I have been told that this place does close at 5pm and closed sat and sun. In attempt to bring my title over there. I am now complaining again to the main manager and i have written ceo by email and linkden. I have told ********************** every thing that went on and had a hard time. Due to reasons unknown by them as is to why. And when I finally get my Tahoe in my name officially i get called a squaw by the first male employee ********************* and get called a squaw again by the second male employee **** became. And they continuously called me this all day when the continued to talk about me . Yes I'm Native ******** ad yes I want my Tahoe fixed and I have gotten in touch with the labor department ************ And I'm getting ready to make a formal complaint I feel like they should have it fixed for free and a pretty red bow on top for me to pick it up after they service it up there. I have never been out of words and my chin dropped when I hard these two call me and act so not nicely. I'm going to be contacting the manager and the Ceo til I get my Tahoe fixed by them and they have to pay for it for Makin me feel two feet tall ..

    86 yr mom purchased new 2022 Silverado from Waynesville Auto DBA Autostar Did trade in , Wrote correct check per F&I for $32,200 , Dealer cashed check , called us 3 Days later to say we owe them a additional $4,000 for New Truck . So I looked through all email paperwork and addendum sticker price on new truck and discovered most of if not all paperwork amounts on truck dont add up to same price, they called many times on my cell , Than Sales Manager, called PH , in *** said he would refund me money spent on *********** , Insurance ect , Long story and many text later , He finally said the Dealer ship is not paying anything to me and will have rollback with local sheriff pickup truck and drop off my trade , my mom is 86 years old started to have chest pain when repo/ rollback showed up , I will not do business with Waynesville Auto and would advise you to find a dealership that has all paperwork in place , when they showed up and handed me check receipt to sign it was wrong ! Unbelievable!! Run from this dealer, Looking into Legal advice

    On 11/19/2022 ********************* and ************************* came to Waynesville Chevrolet to look at Stock# P2722 Pre-Owned 2022 Chevrolet Silverado.  The customer agreed to a price of $35,352.94 (Attachment A). After some discussion it was determined that a New 2022 Chevrolet Silverado, Stock# *****  could be purchased for $36,218.76 (Attachment B). For such a small difference the customer decided to take the new vehicle, Stock# *****, for an increase of $865.82. There was NEVER a discussion or signed agreement involving a new or pre-owned vehicle for $32,218.76. The check was written EXACTLY $4,000 short but wasn't noticed at the time of delivery. After the deal was being processed the check shortage was noticed and the customer was contacted. The customer refused to make the difference good and per Article 9 of the Buy/Sell Agreement was then responsible to return the vehicle to us in the condition stated. The customer refused to return the vehicle and insisted upon other considerations to be paid in cash that were not part of the Buy/Sell agreement. We then, AT OUR EXPENSE, towed the customers trade to their residence, had condition reports signed and took possession of our vehicle per the signed Buy/Sell Agreement. We do not owe any monies to the customer and any expense incurred by them is due to their decision not to complete the sale by paying the $4,000 owed on the vehicle in their possession at that time. This matter is closed per all signed agreements that are attached.
