  Details of the transaction -date 12/08/2020 -amount of money $331.72 Business - The Business committed to providing me a building that I had put the $331.72 deposit down on. I needed them to deliver it to a different location due to buying a new home. I had asked if I could do this or if a cancelation with refund is possible. The dealer informed me that she would have her manager reach out and never did. I finally got ahold of them last week 10-21-2022 and asked about the process and they informed me that they had just listed me as canceled. The reason it took me this long is because I had assumed this was a scam and let it go back in 2021 until I found an address and an actual business. Due to this time lapse no resolution is possible and the building will cost more now and a new deposit will have to be put down beacuse the old one is not being refunded. I understand the no refund but I was completely willing to buy a new building with the previous deposit. Account # none but I have signed contract

  Regarding ID Number ( ******** ) Case for ***** *********

   

  ***** ********* purchased a Carport from us on 12/08/2020, she signed a agreement stating that deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. When we contacted ***** to install the carport 2 weeks after she Purchased it, she said she was was moving and couldn’t take it. We told her if she couldn't take it, that was fine but that her deposit would be non refundable. She agreed.

  Im not sure where she gets that our company is a scam when clearly the purchase order she signed & has, states our address, phone number, mailing address, etc.

  ***** now wants us to install a carport for her from 2 years ago, and the prices are not the same. We will be glad to install it, with the updated price & we will be glad to honor the same deposit she paid originally.

   I am rejecting this response because I never agreed to not getting the building.  I simply asked if I could get the refund or have it placed at a different location, no one reached back out.  The refund was then said it was used to hold the materials at their location.  If that is the case I should not have to pay 700 more for materials they kept.  I only thought it was a scam because I kept being told management would reach out, and they never do.
