  My bike was dropped off to box up and prepare for shipping on April 5th 2023 at Torrenti Cycles . The person I spoke with "****" encouraged me that he is able to do that and told me the service will be done the next day. I called Torrenti Cycles the next day to verify if the service request is done and I was informed that due to weather conditions and outages they aren't able to finish that. Torrenti Cycles scheduled that for the next day and I never received a call or any updates from them on that day. Next three days the bike shop was closed. I Called them on April 12 and Torrenti Cycles never answered my calls or gave me a call back during working hours. I have received a few pictures on that day that the bike is boxed up and it was boxed up in two separate boxes which is unusual since normally bikes are boxed up in a single box. I finally was able to speak with **** on April 13 and received an absolutely aggressive, rude, unprofessional conversation. During the conversation **** informed me he is not knowledgeable in boxing up the bikes. He told me he is going to finish the next day's service. I called and messaged the next day to find out if he's done the job and told me he picked up a bigger box to fit the bike in one box and finish that day. No calls or messages back from Torrenti Cycles. It is the end of April 15 and I haven't received any calls or messages back from Torrenti Cycles. The bike shop is going to be closed again for the next three days again and I'm not sure when the service is going to be done or if it's going to be done at all. The bike is worth $4000 which is a lot and my hope is that BBB is going to help me to solve that situation. Torrenti Cycles make me stressed out . This is unacceptable to provide such a service and inspection might want to check the owner's business to explain to the owner that he can't speak with customers like that and provide proper service.

  I was making payments on a bike and fell on financial difficulties. I asked the current owner of the local store location to refund my current money payments already made. I could not finish paying off the bike. He seemed unconcerned to refund my already paid money payments. It was over a month ago I requested this transaction. I showed him all my receipts proving the money the local company store in ****** ****** NC over a month ago. He seemed uninterested of resolving the issue. No contact by the new owner to me about getting my money back. I felt like he could careless.
