I am disputing any and all business with Jenna B Fit, as I did not receive personalized fitness training or personalized recipes to help me whatsoever. I paid $2160.00 to Jenna B Fit, and was told I'd receive a call for personalized details to help in my "weight loss journey." Instead was sent an app with basic and general recipes and workouts that can be found on ******** No personalizations at all. nothing is unique to the customer. I in a car accident where I sustained injury and cannot perform general workouts or prep my own meals. I attempted to reach out to my contact person, who said she'd escalate up the chain to Ms. ********************** B herself, who then said "Once you accept the terms on the call, you cannot get out. You're locked in." Terms are read to client, and at no time is there mention of "No cancellation policy" wven though advertising says "100 Money Back Guaranteee." I explained my situation, in which she said she'd send me "Personalized workouts for to work around a broken wrist." This is not recommended by my medical doctor overseeing the healing of my injury, and proper recovery. I have been attempting to resolve this and obtain a refund, but have had not progess in the matter.Countless calls and messages have resolved nothing except waste more of my time. I would simply like a refund and be done with Jenna B Fit.

I am disputing the charge of $4000 made on 04/26/24 regarding a 2 year contract for fitness coaching. I tried to cancel the coaching services on 04/29/24 as I had no written agreement. I was not given a written contract for services until 05/06/24 in which I have not signed. I stopped using all services on 04/29/24. My decision to cancel is based on (1) No formal written agreement detailing my personalized plan (the individual who made my plan never spoke with me and has no idea my food restrictions) I was told a personalized plan would be made during the Zoom meeting in which i would need to set up a meeting which never took place. On 05/06/24 I was told this personalized plan had been setup the same day as the Zoom meeting which is impossible because I never spoke with this individual and the individual was on her way to a music festival for the weekend. Therefore no such service was provided as outlined in the Zoom meeting on 05/06/24. (2) Non-delivery of personalized plan as outlined on 04/26/24 was ever given or executed in the way verbally described or agreed upon. This is failure to deliver the contracted services. (3) Lack of cancellation policy do to never having been told or given a cancellation policy in writing or verbally on 04/26/24. Also, upon reading the cancellation policy on the website it does not go into affect until the contract is signed. I was not given the contract until a week later 05/06/24 therefore giving me the right to still cancel and receive my money back. This oversight left me without knowledge of my rights and options regarding service cancellation. (4) Immediate notice of cancellation due to the business having received my money from Klarna after realization that the service would not meet my expectations. (5) Irreparable coach-client relationship due to these circumstances would make personal coaching uncomfortable with any coach. All I want is the money returned to ****** in which they will take back with no penalty.

This was resolved and money refunded. She was a previous client who agreed via recorded line to proceed with an extended coaching plan (she already worked with our team for FREE for 4 months). She later decided to cancel after proceeding to use the service. Once the full product is sent, our clients can download their plan. This was one of those situations. Sad it came to this, but wish her well!

I am rejecting this response because although the issue was resolved and money refunded, some of the statements are not true. I did agree to an extended coaching plan through a recorded line, but did not sign a contract because the next day I decided that coaching would put me under undue stress. I proceeded to inform the head coach and did not use any of the services after canceling the next day. Continues use of the services is completely untrue. Not only would it have been unethical for me to continue using the services, but I was physically unable to workout due to having major dental surgery and being on a couple medications. Next, I never received the full product as stated several times in my initial complaint. I never received the meal plan or had a meeting with the coach that sets up the meal plan. According to the unsigned contract, the meal plan is part of the full product and although the coach does not want to acknowledge that I never received it because then that would be acknowledging that the full product was not received. There was no plan to download because I did not have a meal plan to download and sent several screenshots in which backed up my claim. Having a meal plan would have been impossible, since I never spoke with the coach to inform her of my food restrictions.

Sadly, although I thought this issue was resolved, the head coach still relies on half truths and has not even mentioned that I offered to pay for 6 months since I did agree to continue the plan; but the head coach wanted all of the money for a full product that was not delivered nor had a signed contract.

    Sincerely,

    ******* ******

I signed up for an online fitness program that boasted 24/7 access to the trainer and a meal plan with a grocery list that coincides. I agreed to track my meals with that meal plan. I paid an exuberant amount of money thinking I would be handed everything I needed. Instead, I received an app that will generate meal plans for me rather than a personalized plan. The app is called eat this much which is not apart of her business and an app I had previously tried. She has not been available 24/7 I have waited over 24 hours for a response on multiple occasions. After signing up through Affirm I attempted to cancel immediately which she said was not plausible as I was on a recorded call but that I will make my money back by eating for only $2-$5 a day. I asked for my meal plan multiple times within the month and a half I have been in the program to which she said if I did not track my meals I could not get a meal plan. However, I signed up after being told they would provided those items. Since then she has handed me a generic meal plan without a coinciding grocery list which defeated the purpose of saving money and not having to buy a lot of items I will only use in one recipe. The contract is pretty cut and dry but the recorded call that they have locking me in is where they stated all of these promises and failed to follow through. Since then I have offered to pay the prorated amount and receive the rest back which she declined multiple times. Please help me find a resolution that works for both of us as I cannot continue with a program that is only adding more work onto my plate. She is currently refusing to answer my emails or messages unless I schedule a phone call but I would like to only communicate via email so I have a paper trail. I do not know what to do.
