We stayed at this hotel 7/2-7/3/24. Reservation number is #********. General Manager is *****************************. I'm handling this situation on behalf of my mother, ********************************* who is 84 years old.I've been trying to get a refund for my mom now since she has been getting the run around with the General Manager of this hotel. His name is *****************************. Our stay was quite unpleasant and we both had very dirty rooms. My mom is asking for a credit since she doesn't travel much and points wouldn't do a good. My husband and I have already received points back from this stay. Disgusting Room - Not Clean Room Concerns: 1. Toilet paper holder broken 2. Lotion pump broken 3. Snot/Boogie on the wall by Temperature Control 4. Blood on carpet by bedside 5. Stains on carpet in front of bed 6. Bottom of bed not pulled down and dirt on skirting ************************** Concerns: 1. No napkins at breakfast. Had to use paper towels. Told the Manager about this and he said that they had napkins. Not sure why they put out a roll of paper towels. 2. Person running breakfast was not polite/customer friendly. 3. Small Styrofoam cups at breakfast. Not hotel brand. 4. Person running breakfast was very rude when mom asked for a napkin and he slammed the paper towel roll down on the counter and told her that is what they had that morning. We spoke to the Manager, ******* when we checked out and gave him all of our concerns. We even walked him to the room to show him what was wrong. My mom, ********************************* would like a refund. This room was not worth $200 a night. ******* said that he would credit her, but it has not happened. He is giving us the run around. No one should stay at this hotel. My mom is 84 and does not wants points. She wants credit back on her card and we are getting the run around with the hotel and with IHG.******************* is the owner. ************ and he told me to email him and he would talk to *******. I have not heard back from him either.
