    Ordering online has been unavailable for days if not longer. I think this is ALL locations although the *********** ******* location is full of bad bad nasty rude mean attitudes and it is tiresome. I just want to order online and come to the pickup window so I don't have to go inside and put up with these attitudes anymore. I'm a nice person. I don't ask for this hatefulness. They need to fix their online ordering system!

    I was at Krispy Kreme November 30, 2024. I tried to use my rewards app, but the store said there system was down. It's been almost two weeks, and I still haven't received my points for my visit. I'm not happy, and customer service is giving me the runaround. I just want my points that's it.

    On July 1, 2024, ********** passed an "Honest Pricing Law" ( ***************************** ) entitled SB 478 and I believe Krispy Kreme is not currentlyin compliance.On Dec 3, 2024, I went to the location in *************, ** to buy a donut for my child. They picked out the new "Grinch" donut and the price on the tag was $3.09. When we went to the register, they charged $3.59 and claimed the tag had additional text about an "upcharge." The font on thetag is so tiny, I needed to take a photo then zoom in to view: "40c upcharge each in dozen." We bought 1 donut and the price went from an advertised $3.09 to $3.49 with NO option to ever purchase the donut at the posted price of $3.09. I pointed this out to the employee at the register and they advised pricing is set by the corporate office. The register showed $3.59 for the donut and at first, I thought theadditional 10 cents was tax and later when I received a receipt, there was no tax listed. Instead, the total for 1 donut advertised at $3.09 in the display case is now $3.59.The manager wasn't available and I left the store feeling victimized.I plan to share this same information with the ***************************'s office.A photo of the price tag and my receipt are attached to this complaint.

    Is the pricing signage provided by Krispy Kreme corporate office?

    Does the corporate office support the use of upcharge on its products?

    This practice is misleading and degrades the brand as a whole, will you be reaching out to the owner for correction?

    I emailed and called about an issue Im having with accessing my account. **************** has been no help. I tried several times to reset my password but it keeps showing an error code. I tried to create a separate account but it wouldnt let me add my phone number. I emailed customer service to add my phone number to my new account. Instead of adding the phone number, they deleted my account. At this point, I want to delete both accounts. I go to the ********************** location at the ***************** location ************ *******. This is my last resort to delete both accounts. I will never shop at Krispy Kreme again. Very disappointed with the help I received.

    I have earned many points through Krispy Kremes loyalty program that Krispy Kreme has made it impossible for me to redeem. This has resulted in the loyalty program, which is one of the reasons I spent money at Krispy Kreme, being valueless for me and has deprived me of the benefit of those points. Krispy Kreme locked me out of my account in September and despite multiple phone calls and outreach to local stores has refused to unlock my account.

    Yea contacted Krispy customer service on 10/5/24 because when I try to login to my account it says customer account is locked. No response from them so on 10/25/24(Monday) called back and they said someone would call me by Wednesday. Here we are 11/18/24 and still not call. I just want my account unlocked. Is that so hard to do

    Today is World Kindness Day and Krispy Kreme was giving out 500 dozens to customers at their locations but this location did not adhere to the offer. I arrived around 8am and was told that all 500 dozens had been given away. Impossible! No way was 6000 donuts given away within 2 hours. I was given only 1 donut. This is not KIND! And I did not travel alllllll the way to the Union location to be deceived.

    For years now the Krispy Kreme in ********, ** has been grossly underserving their customers with the rudest attitude and violations of multiple health codes. I have managed a restaurant in ****** and know that ***** infestations should be swiftly handled by exterminator but the Krispy Kreme in Columbus infestation is blatantly obviously ignored. The front door is now typically locked and only drive thru open to keep customers from seeing the gross burnt dough left on everything and how unsterile and contaminated everything in this store is. The workers alone will turn you away and claim they are out of everything from regular glazed to coffee just to not serve you. I have been to this location five times in the last two years where something like this has happened. If you investigate the Columbus Krispy Kreme you will find swiftly how much of a complete grotesque grimy business operation they are running. I have photos of all of the roaches but did not get to get a photo of the disgusting machine when I arrived at the designated time to pickup my pickup order I placed this morning. The door was locked and they had a sign that said drive thru only. & I knew it would be more debauchery (this is solely the reason I ordered online) except this time a woman claimed rudely I dont have a pickup order for you & a man came from the back and claimed they didnt have a single donut out of the entire 24 donuts I placed AVAILABLE AT THEIR LOCATION VIA WEBSITE. One dozen of those were regular glazed. How that is, I have no idea. I requested if I could be refunded the assorted ones then and just get the dozen but they rudely said they refunded it all. I have no clue how this fraudulent business is still in business. Got to be money laundering or scamming franchise money.

    Subject: Serious Hygiene Concern at Krispy Kreme ***********************************, AL ** Whom It May Concern,I am writing to report a concerning experience at your Krispy Kreme location on ***************************** in ******, *******. On November 2, 2024,I observed flies landing on multiple donuts on display. Disturbed by the potential health hazard, I approached the sales associate to bring the matter to her attention. Unfortunately, she seemed uninterested and did not take any action to address the issue.Unsatisfied with the response, I requested to speak to the manager, hoping for a more responsible approach. However, the manager, too, showed no willingness to rectify the situation. When I asked her how she would feel if her food were exposed to flies, her reaction was dismissive, and no action was taken to protect the food or address my concerns. Additionally, her manner was notably rude, adding to an already disappointing experience.I am very concerned about the cleanliness and hygiene standards at this location, as food exposed to flies poses serious health risks. I trust Krispy Kreme as a reputable brand and am disappointed that this location does not seem to uphold those standards.I would appreciate a response explaining how this matter will be addressed to prevent similar incidents in the future.     Hello! I ordered a pair of donuts last sunday and it was supposed to be delivered by Doordash, but never actually arrived. I think it may have been stolen, but im not sure.I had messaged Krispy Kreme support, but its been days and I havent received any sort of response. At this point, Id just really like a refund.
