    Very happy with my experience here! My salesman, ****, although new to the game, was very nice and helpful. *****, another salesman, who helped make our transaction happen, was also extremely friendly, helpful and educated. These guys made the buying experience a pleasure and felt so laid back. There was not much haggling to be done to get a fair deal. I feel very adequately compensated for my trade and it did not take forever and a day to get everything done. The sales manager, or **, forgot his name (sorry), bald headed guy.. also super funny and light hearted and was willing to make us a great deal. ******* in finance was also very friendly and I never felt like anyone was being pushy or aggressive. I highly recommend this dealership, they even offer really great incentives for your services and maintenance. If you are looking to purchase a Volvo, which I also recommend, go with this dealership! And stay far FAR away from Volvo **********, they're terrible. I am very happy that I was able to make a purchase with Winston and I look forward to continue giving them my business. Thanks for everything, guys!

    This dealership is either shady, poorly run or both. I live 500 miles from the dealership and I found a certified pre owned Volvo on line and wanted to buy it,. Originally they wanted to charge me 1195 over the internet price, because even though the car was advertised on multiple sites as CPO for one price, they told me that the certification was not included. After some back and forth, they discounted the car by 750, they were still above their internet advertised price, but I really wanted this particular car. As soon as I received the deposit agreement from them (which they had to redo to include the rebate), I sent them a deposit and filled out a credit application and let them know I was pre approved from a bank they do business with at an attractive rate. I also let them know I was planning a weekend trip, and to ***** the documents so I received them Tuesday and I would return them the same day with the balance of my down payment. On Monday, I get a text from their manager who made me the deal, saying he was sorry, but someone had bought the car just an hour before me. Why didn't he call, or either of the two sales representative who I texted to reach out to me? Its not a large dealership, somebody should have known the car was sold when I bought it. I am a manager at a dealership, and first of all, when we price something on the internet, that is the price, no playing games with addons or mandatory packages, secondly, my team has great communication and while it is possible we would make this error (we are human too) we would discover it in much less than 4 days.

    We've been having the same issue with Volvo for a year and have no solution. We took our car in for a small leak from our sunroof. We paid the diagnostic fee to see what was going on and found out the repairs would be covered under our warranty. We drove a loaner vehicle for well over a week while the car was "repaired". Once we received our car back, the first rain and it leaked way worse than it did before and began to stain the sunshade. Several trips back and forth throughout the duration of my pregnancy and the issue has only continued to get worse despite being assured that they had repaired the issue only to find the leaks to continue and progressively get worse with more staining and stretching of our sunshade. After the last time we received our car back and determined the issue was still not resolved the service manager informed us that they would not be making any additional repairs without us paying more money!! I have reached out to Rob, who is supposed to be over this location, but it has been a week and I have not heard back. I have sent a follow up requesting assistance before seeking legal counsel. We have obtained damage to our property inside the vehicle while this happened in addition to the damage to the sunshade the the leak still not being repaired despite numerous trips to the dealership where they had our car for weeks at a time.
