Eric did an amazing job replacing the roof on my rental house. After having a leak Eric was quick to get out to the property and find the issue, it ended up being a big issue that Eric resolved quickly and calmly. Eric was always on time and had great communication. If anyone needs any roofing work done Eric is your guy, you won’t regret it. Thank you Eric!Review from Greg D

Eric was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable of the insurance process. Definitely not a scoundrel like a lot of the other bigger roofing companies. His crew was in and out in a little over half a day and left the yard and areas surrounding the house the way they found them. Would recommend him to anyone.

A friend and contractor recommended EM Consulting to assess our roof after the big hail storm on June 26, 2023. Eric immediately responded to my text and within two days he was out to thoroughly inspect our roof. After confirming the damage from the storm, Eric explained the claims process completely with a no pressure approach to choose his company. From that day we were in touch with Eric every step through the claims process. When my adjuster (who inspected my roof in the rain) missed several details, Eric was able to report the missing details to my insurance company promptly. It was the easiest process I could ask for. One month later on July 27,28 my roof was completely finished. Eric’s team was amazing. They worked for two days straight and were very careful to leave the area clear of debris and nails at the end of both days. Eric takes great care of his team and is present every step of the job. Can’t compliment EM Consulting enough. What a great company to work with. Eric is very different from the many franchise roof companies door knocking around the area. We’re so happy to have used a local small business who really cares about the clients. Don’t hesitate to consult with Eric. There’s no one better at customer service.Review from Katie H

There is nothing like having a referral from somebody you know to have a level of comfort when hiring a contractor. The favorite area of my home is the screened porch. But the roof has been leaking badly. It's hard to find somebody that you can trust. My neighbor was thrilled with the job that Eric and his associates did so I went with him after a meeting and a couple conversations. Now there's another thrilled homeowner on the block. He and his colleagues do such a good job and give great advice with no sales pressure, And they do what they say they're going to do when they say they are going to do it. They left the area cleaner than it was when they got here. This company deserves your business. It was a pleasure doing business with them.Review from Anthony C

Just got my roof replaced today and so far it is amazing. Eric was with me each step of the way and answered any questions I had and also gave me some solid advice throughout the process. We called Eric after the last storm because we had a leak. When Eric showed not only was he on time but very professional. After talking with Eric he stated we had storm damage on our roof. When the inspector showed to inspect the house Eric was there to answer all my questions. After we got the report back from the insurance he explained everything that was on the report. EM Consulting was here every step of the way. Highly recommend Eric and his guys and of course Whiskey his loveable GSPEm Consulting of NC LLC Response

We met Eric when we were at our wits end with our roof. We had a standing seam roof installed in 2020 and after just 2 months it started leaking. The installer was in the wind and we didn't know where to turn. We had multiple outrageous quotes and people saying it was a loss cause. From the moment Eric came into the picture we knew he was invested in helping us correct our roof. Eric, the vendor and Marco the installer made countless trips to our house to measure and discuss a plan. The roof we have now is night and day to what we had. We are forever grateful to Eric and Marco's team.
