            I have paid him to do a job and nothing has been done. He hasn't even started . At this time I also believe I have been the victim of a scam.. he was supposed to repair my entire roof but now all I get are excuses.He did say he was in accident. But now my calls are ignored .It has come to my attention that he has scammed at least 2 other people to where he's took money this year and not done the work.He had befriended me talking about doing the work.

            This roofer drives around trying to get people to file insurance claims. I have nvr done that before but I did and it was approved. I used him to replace my garage roof last yr w no issues. I gave him a deposit of $3800.00 for materials to do the job. He didnt bring me any materials, he said they were either delayed, on the truck or at his workers house. He then gv me the run around for 2 months w dates every week when he was going to do it. He didnt show up n had a million excuses each time. He offered me a refund on 8/21. I then went to his house to try and collect on it and he was irate on 9/12. i then sent him a certified letter to the same effect. He said Id have a refund in the mail in a week which was another lie. I paid him on 7/20 so he had ample time to get his stuff in order. He said he was hospitalized, was on a govt job, his worker got heat exhaustion, a death in the family and evn that he has covid. Besides the rain dates as excuses. I am older and disabled and he took advantage of me and now I dont have the insurance funds to fix my home. He is a predator I do not believe he has a business license at all!!! Pls look into this as he changes business names and addresses. I would not like to see anyone else fall into his web. He wanted other neighbors as referrals too. He seems to have other judgements against him already and hiding assets to avoid paying back people he stole from. So yes, i can go to court ans get a judgement but probably wont get my money that way as this isnt his first rodeo.  He ordered me off his property when I went to collect.

            *** ******* was paid by my insurance company to fix our roof 2 years ago and told us that he would stand by his work and fix any issues that came up during the 20 year warranty. I am currently selling my house and there are several issue that came up in inspection that I need *** to fix. He’s been non responsive and refuses to call us back or respond to our continuous text messages. I want him to come and resolve the issues found on inspection.
