I feel like an idiot for trusting these people. I have $14k left to pay on a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado **** I have had it for 2 years. I have put more than $10k in it just to keep it on the road. Replaced the transmission, replaced the catalytic converter twice (have to get it done again), and I was just informed that one of the cylinders has gone out and the whole engine needs to be replaced. I have had critical vehicle issues during my ************ drill weekends at one point being forced to drive from ************ to Oxford in first gear because the transmission gave out. Patches of paint have came off. I needed a vehicle and was buying used because I was saving for a home and about to get married. Buying this truck was the worst financial decision I have ever made. I was assured over and over again that I was getting a good truck but I am honestly worse off for buying it. I have literally been praying for a way out of this without continuously having to sink money into this truck just to be able to get to work everyday. Also the warranty is trash. Spoke with them about the problems I was having with the truck not long after purchasing and they told me it was nothing they could do about it and I bought the truck as is. Also said I should have brought the truck into their shop. Was not told they had a shop for maintenance. There was a great deal of smiling and putting me at ease while I fully believe they knew they were selling me a lemon.

So Sorry you feel this way.  You bought your truck over 2 years ago and this is the first I am hearing about any issues.  We do wish you would have contacted us.  We do sell used trucks.  And your truck had 135k when you bought it and now has well over 200k. There is no way to know how the truck has been taken care of in those 2+ years, and *****k miles per year it has been driven.  Had you contacted us right after you bought the truck, we would have done things to help fix the truck.  With several catalytic converters being replaced, I ask myself how it is being driven, and what you are towing?  We try to sell good trucks, and we do have them checked out before we sell them.  However, they are used vehicles.  And do require maintenance, especially after being driven ****** per year for 2 continuous years. And as far as what you owe, on a 2012 truck.  Have you been paying extra, and what was your interest rate, which is based on your credit score. So those things are beyond my control.  Helping to fix the truck shortly after purchase, I could have helped with.  And as far as smiling at customers, I will make a note to do better about that. Again, I apologize this has happened. Our intentions arent to sell trucks that have issues 2 years after purchase.

I wish I had something good to say about a small local business, but I don't!I bought what later turned out to be a Clean Title 2017 F150 - FLOOD TRUCK. To say this truck has been a nightmare is an understatement. Ive already replaced the entire engine roughly 40k miles after buying it. (These motors can run through h*** and back. I have a few of them). The newly installed motor has been great. The latest development, and there have been a few, (most likely attributed to being in a flood), is having to track down wiring problems preventing power to the entire dash, motor, and power steering. Aside from the thousands I have to keep dumping into a flood vehicle, it's a great truck! ?????I also purchased the ** warranty the lady was pretty insistent about getting since the truck already had 120k on it. According to the terms and conditions of the warranty (and her) if I changed my mind and cancelled the warranty within 30 days / the mileage limit, the cost of the $2000 +/- warranty would be sent directly to the bank to be applied to the loan.I cancelled the warranty within the parameters of the terms stated and Oldham told me I had to get the refund from the warranty company. Fine, I call the warranty company, and what do you know, I have to get the refund from Oldham. This is basically the end of the story. I NEVER GOT THE REFUND!(Side note, I met a complete stranger on ******** marketplace yesterday that bought a truck from Oldham. He didn't really have any major issues with the truck other than normal wear, he also bought the warranty. He tried to file a claim on items specifically covered and in the terms of the warranty on separate occasions and they always denied his claim.)Oldham motors has benefitted from the fact that I have not personally had the time to waste day after day to keep hounding them to do the right thing. I run 2 business and don't even have time to have a life, better yet s**** around with shade tree dealers.DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY!

Hey *****************, The 2017 F150 you purchased from us was purchased in July of 2020.. 3 1/2 years ago! When you buy a used truck with ******* miles on it, you are buying it as-is. No where in the history of the truck was there proof it was a flood vehicle. We don't purchase those to sell. And you bought a truck for your business, as a work truck. So could the engine issue have come from you using it as a work truck, or pulling something too heavy for the truck? Pertaining to the warranty, had you reached out to us, we would have given you a new warranty with a different company. Provided, you had a claim within the time and mileage allowed, and your purchase price was $1800, not $2,000. And we do cancel warranty policies often due to vehicles being wrecked or traded, so we do know that process. We no longer use Diamond Warranty due to their denial of claims, so you would have been given a new warranty, again, had we been contacted. In a perfect world, a used $17,000 truck would last forever. We apologize you didn't have a good experience, that's not our intentions.
