Went over everything from top to bottom on the home inspection, put this first time home buyer at ease. Let me know what needed to be fixed as a safety concern and what could be left for later. Checked everything was super happy with the service he provided.

The over charge me without pre-approved bid and the are demanding the whole invoice the won't fixed the invoice the are at $85 per hour and the have 11 hours of labor but the Sent invoice for $1495.00RC Home Inspection Response

Its extremely unfortunate you are only choosing to now respond 6 months after the work was completed. We had a verbal agreement of our hourly rate ************** and you verbally agreed to it. We only completed work you asked for us to do in your home as you were getting ready to sell. We went above and beyond to get it done in a timely manner with your satisfied approval once work was completed. Due to your lack of payment and communication with us as you asked us to not contact you anymore we were forced to file a mechanical lien in hopes we would get payment. Now you are trying to sell the home and are forced to pay for our work completed. We have been in the business for almost 8 years and you are the first client who was satisfied with work agreed upon and did not pay. We also learned you have neglected to pay other contractors for their work. I wish we would have known sooner not to conduct business with you.
