Roy Mueller Construction just finished shingling my house and I can honestly say, he does AMAZING work and is bid was very reasonable! He replaced roof boards as needed and also installed gutter guards. He was in constant communication with me regarding weather delays and kept me abreast of everything he was doing or had accomplished.*** is meticulous with cleanup at the end of each work day, not leaving a single nail or staple on the ground. Additionally, *** ensured that the roof was sealed while work was in progress resulting in ZERO leaks during this super wet spring.I HIGHLY recommend Roy Mueller Construction and will spread the word about his outstanding work!Review from kay h

I had Roy Mueller Construction roof my house and I now get water in my main basement and my kitchen has sunk from the weight because he put on a 3rd layer of shingles and now its pulled away from the wall, it has dislocated my chimney and interior walls are cracking. Main part of the house the basement walls have water damage, the main beam is sinking because of the water causing many problems with unlevel floors, doors are not fitting anymore. Gutter on right side of house isnt attached anymore and water is running behind gutter so paint is gone. He put up fake attic venting on roof 3 of them, he shingled over curled shingles telling me they would flatten out. I now have rotted wood from water running where he put shingles to allow water to run into the house. The kitchen was build on at sometime thats sinking as I referred to before and the preexisting attic vents he shingled over so water is running under and dipping the roof the kitchen ceiling is leaking. He used caulking or tar instead of flashing I didnt know what flashing was. Before I wasnt getting water in my basement before his shoddy work. I have lived here for 20 yrs and never had any problems with my roof or gutters before he did it. I had to replace them because the shingles were curling. I had a home inspection and am appalled at the work he did. I knew him 7 yrs and trusted him and I now have over $60,000 in damages because he did such a poor job. Im sadden at what this world has come to its lazy, uncaring people all out for the mighty $$$$$$$. I did call him and he hung up on me.

This claim was dismissed. Work for ***************** was completed, inspected and paid for. 5 yrs. later she contacted me with her complaint. I responded that her statement could not be true and was later served papers for small claims court. Case 09 2023 5C *****. The judge listened to her for approx. 2 minutes and dismissed her complaint. The judgment response dated 11/29/23 states that the claim against Roy Mueller Construction is in all things dismissed with prejudice.
