On March 23, 2023, BBB contacted this business regarding the health-benefit claims made on their social media site. BBB was unable to find an active website for the business. BBB requested documentation to support the health-benefit claims. Specifically, BBB asked for a copy of the recent testing (as mentioned in the social media posts) to support the claims that salt room therapy will positively impact several physical and mental health concerns. Despite several emails and letters to the business, BBB did not receive a response.

Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data.
