I have to start this by review by saying we own 8 ********* vehicles (most of them with a lot of age). My 2017 pickup has had nothing but problems. The first time I brought it in for something pretty major we dropped it off in August, we did not pick it up until the end of October. It was always an excuse, the tech was busy (I understand- but shouldn't you have more than 1 transmission tech?). It had actually sat in their lot so long that when we did pick it up there had been MICE in my console. Fast forward not even 3 full months and my vehicle needs to be towed in again for service. The dealership refuses to tow my truck in, yet does not want me to drive it in. They refuse to give you a loaner vehicle. They have consistently given me the run around, and are not interested in helping a long time loyal customer. We will never be purchasing another vehicle from any **** dealership.Review from Karla S

Purchased a new Vette - The drivers side door had **** in it .Salesman cracked our top. They fixed the top but said that they would not fix the door since we probably did it. We drove it home. when we received the Vette back from fixing the roof. there was dirt marks all over the drivers door, tape marks on the roof and fiberglass dust every where inside and out.For as much as we spent. they should have fixed all issues. The sales team needs to know how the electronics all work. the radio was not storing channels nor was it saving the phone info. Took it back and the salesman said to bring it back to service. We had to figure out on our own that the radio was left in demo mode. went back to talk about them fixing door - was told to call the sales manager. I should not have to call sales manager someone should be calling me. To this day I have not received a call back from Ryan Chevrolet. Next time I want to buy a $90k car it will not be from Ryan Chevrolet!!!!!! Just on a side note - I also purchased a new GMC From **** GMC I will say that the salesman ***************** his stuff. he was very professional from ordering to receiving and after. **** GMC will be the only **** Dealership I purchase from. Thanks to *****.
