    Purchased an item via auction Nov 17th which charged on Nov 20th, had my local firearm *********** ffl on Nov 18th. Waited 1 week and no update and sent response. Waited about 2 business days and no response sent follow up email and filled out form on their website. Sent follow up email again 2 days later, no response from anything. Waited this week and no response sent follow up and disputed charge due to lack of communication. Found another email address linked to business and forwarded email thread plus updated what was happening. Immediately charged me additional $200 and said it doesn't matter now since you're disputing.

    I purchased numerous items on *********** auction site on line. Thousands of dollars. I received some of my items but they still have yet to send me about a dozen items equaling thousands of dollars. I did receive the lesser valued items with no problem but the more expensive items are the problem i am marking this complaint about. It has been months since they told me I would receive my items and now they no longer respond to the emails we were previously discussing these issues on. I have ask for a refund on these items with no response. Over the last 3 months it has been excuse after excuse for the delay of these items that were charged to my credit card at time of purchase.

    On August 25, 2023, I won an auction presented by Bismanbids.com out of ******* **, as presented on Hibid.com. I contacted the auction company the next day by email and offered to pay for my winnings. I did not hear from them. On August 31st, I again contacted them by email, I received a reply saying I had not won the item because the reserve had not been met. There was no reserve listed in the auction, and they have refused to answer on what any reserve *** have been. The opening bid on the item was $300 which should have been the reserve price. I want them to provide the item for the price I won it on the auction for and in the future list a reserve price if there is one. **************************************************************** Thank you for your time.     Won a firearm auction.seller charged my **** Seller not communicating Filed complaint with auction site Checked credentials of Seller, discovered they DO NOT HAVE a current Federal Firearms license.Filed a dispute with my credit card company Reported to the **** ******* of ******* Tobacco Firearms), for this is a federal offense.Seller retaliated, charging my **** AGAIN, for "Restocking" ($400.00)

    BisManGuns ship me an item that I never purchased or ordered from them. They store my personal information and my credit card information from previous transaction without my explicit permission and use it for their own benefit without any permission from my side to charge me for the item I never purchased or ordered . I have returned related item back to BisManGuns but with no proper refund issued by the merchant. I had to cancel this transaction through my credit card issuer as fraudulent and get a refund from my bank.I have to note that merchant can't store any payment information without customer permission and especially use it in the case as I can see as "forced sale". That violates privacy laws.Please contact me if you have any questions.
