            Drain *********** (DSI) breached the contract we signed (attached) and paid $25,000 for completion. DSI disregarded numerous city ordinances and violated local laws during the course of the project. DSIs ordinance violations have resulted in our sewer not being recognized by the city (illegal). The City Attorney of ***** is currently considering possible criminal charges against DSI for violation of ***** Ordinances and Laws.DSI was paid a total of $25,000 (attached) to handle all aspects of this Trenchless Sewer Instillation, which they failed to do. DSIs violations of ***** codes and ordinances include: failure to register and license as a contractor in the *************, so all work performed was not legal in *****; failure to apply for a permit from the city to renovate our sewer; failure to pay for a permit;failure to have work progress inspected and approved by the city prior to burial;failure to obtain properly executed sewer Affidavit.DSI illegally connected to the ************* sewer infrastructure without city approval.DSI breached our contract by failing to provide trenchless installation in the front yard from the retaining wall to the house. Instead, digging an open trench resulting in hundreds of square feet of damage to our lawn (photos attached) . DSI charged us for work that was not necessary and/or not completed, (costs for access pit and trenchless instillation). DSI failed to install a working sewer line. A recent video recording by *************** of ***** (receipt attached), sent to the Minot ************************ shows standing water in the sewer line until the camera submerges and goes dark. This occurs near the retaining wall where DSI made pipe connections, which appear to have shifted, or dipped. Failure such as this less than five weeks after installation should not be happening in a functioning sewer. A sewer system which I was assured should last 50 years and add thousands of dollars to the value to our home.
