            I was referred to Tax & Business Consultants in February of this year. I inquired if they were accepting new clients and was xfrd to ******** **** phone line. I left a message because she was not available. This would be the first message of several messages left to her in 3 weeks. Finally, I receive a call from ******** in early March and we scheduled a time to meet at her office. We meet & discussed my needs and how she could help. I was looking for an CPA (bookkeeping) & Tax services. We discuss the charge and everything was agreed. She told how the process would work and that I needed to get her access to my QuickBooks, and my Payroll Company account. After I left the meeting which was only a 20 minute meeting, I drove back to Omaha, and begin gathering information. Within a few days I had sent her emails for access to Paychex, I never heard from her. I call several times to try and reach her, she was never available nor were any of my calls returned. I later received an email to get registered for their system, I completed that. I made several other calls to her trying to get information on how to get her access to my information. I reached out to my Attorney, to have him reach out to her. We sent emails. Then final this month in April, I notice a charge for their services coming out of my account. This was very shocking because I was not aware that their services had even begun since I could not get ******** to respond to me for a whole since leaving her office. I immediately request a refund and asked if we could please set my services up before charging me. Then I get an email from ******** and the owner ***** ********, terminating my services, WHAT SERVICES!!! I was never serviced!! Their we never any clear communication from ******** that services for my business had started because she was never available to speak with nor did she return calls in a timely business manner.
