  On 1//5/23, I had an appointment to clean my vents and ducts. The appointment was scheduled via a ******** ******* *** ****** ******** ************************************************ *** ******* ******** **** ******** ** ** *** *********************************************  Two gentleman arrived to clean the vents. The phone number they used to contact me was ************. This is the same number on their ******** **** and invoice. The service original service charge was to be $250. Upon arrival, they had several additional services that were highly recommended. I declined the services. But said that I would pay $600 total for services as this is the going rate. After discussion with each other (non English), they agreed for to $600 cash as long as I did not tell their boss. After the service, the vents looked clean. I installed new furnace filters while I was chatting with the men. Fast forward to Sunday, 1/14/23. I decided to check some of the vents and the furnace filter to confirm they were still clean. To my surprise, the furnace filter had multiple dust bunnies, a vent already had dead bugs blown where they were visible and debris was visible in other vents. I attempted to reach ****** ******** *** ******** *********. He viewed my messages but did not reply. I also called the phone number on the ******** **** and left a message. As of current, my call has not been returned. I strongly feel that this company scammed me. Since I paid cash and did not have this reflected on the receipt (as the men did not want to get in trouble with their boss for completing the work at such a "low" price), I understand if only a partial refund for $250 can be pursued (this is the amount on the invoice). ** ******* ****** ** ******

  Contacted Duct Cleaning and Hvac Services after seeing ad on Facebook 12/13/2023. On 12/14/2023 I was pressured into making a duct cleaning appointment for 12/15/2023 for $250.00. Because I was not able to be present, I had my elderly/physically disabled mother let them in the house. They informed her that the cost was going to be $1500.00 but could do it for $1100.00. They were given a personal check for $1191.00 which included a disposal fee and tax. On 12/16/2023 I had someone do a basic inspection with some photos. The ducts were not cleaned to my satisfaction. I contacted them by email at ductsandhvacservices@gmail.com on 12/17/2023 and informed them as such. I also asked for an explanation. On 12/18/2023 payment was stopped on the check. I did not receive any contact from them until 12/24/2023 when they wanted payment but no mention of insufficient cleaning.

  We made an appointment with them for duct cleaning and furnace cleaning. The employees tried to charge us double of the quote. They argued when we said something. Refused to call management. They left when we called law enforcement. No receipt was given. We gave a check for $***
