    Baxter ford can not be trusted. Took my truck there for service after getting the quote decided I would do it my self. was charged 165.00 to get the truck back. paid the bill took the truck home to do the work. Just to find out they didnt touch the truck. went back up to them and confronted them about it. they brought the tech up that wrote up the ticket. and they admitted they didnt do what they put on the order. I would like to say that this was a one time thing but I cant this has happened to me a couple of times at this dealer. This dealer is stealing from there customers. The other time they were busted by me for bogus work order on a my sons truck where they said it needed a battery 550 dollars just for them to leave the old one in the truck bed were it slid forward and damaged the bed and the batter they took out is still good. They have let my daughters car go out the door saying everything is good while the brakes were metal on metal. This dealer has very unsafe work practices and has no morals. Do not trust this dealer with anything save your self the time and money. Check there online reviews this dealer has gone down hill.

    This past week I had occasion to take my car to Baxter Ford at 185th & Dodge for service. Here’s a list of issues I have as a result of that visit. I had an appt for Tuesday but they didn’t get to it until Wednesday and they failed to apprise me of the status. I had to call them. When I picked up the car it had been driven 30 miles even though the invoice showed in/out mileage the same. There was greasy fingerprints on both doors. The radio station had been changed to a station I don’t listen to. Considering these items I can only conclude the car was used for some one’s personal business. I doubt I’ll would ever trust them with my vehicle again and others should be aware of these issues before scheduling service with them.

    Listen I give this place a -0 never have I seen a dealership let somebody walk out of the store with a car and all the paperwork to go with it and then a month later call him tell him that the bank said that they didn't Finance them let me take the car back and not give me my down payment back or nothing ******************* that's why I have a lawyer and I had to give them one star because it wouldn't let me deal without it or I wouldn't have given him any
