  Dan is the owner of this company, he is also a landlord in *******. I rent a house from him. when I rented the house there was central ac three bedrooms plus a nonconforming bedroom, two bathrooms, family room, living room, kitchen, and plenty of storage space. The ac stopped working a month after moving in. i told him about it and he never fixed it. Then a pipe starting leaking and he said he would send in a plumber but a plumber never came. The basement flooded with sewer water a few months later due to his concrete company not covering a man whole at the end of the block. he is refusing to fix the nonconforming bedroom the living room and any walls in the basement. he left the bathroom even though he was advised to take it out and redo the whole basement. It smells horrible now. I refused to pay rent the last couple months due to these issues. He is now saying i need to move out and he gave me a week to move. He screamed at me in the front yard in front of my daughter. He is not a nice person. Please do not rent from him.

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/29) */ Since Mikayla has moved in she has always been at least 2 -3 weeks late on rent. As stated in the lease I could be charging her $***** a day that she is late on rent but I have not done that. Now she is 2 months behind. I told her in the beginning that I would need her to pay the rent before I could fix stuff at the house. I have sent a plumber over to the house several times but she never answers the door when they come over. I have also been over there several times to fix things and she will not answer the door. According to the lease agreement that was signed she is not to have anyone living there with her but she has her boyfriend living there. Both Mikayla and her boyfriend have told me that they were going to be out of the house Sept 15 and they are still there. He never sent a plumber over even when he told me he would. He also told me he couldn't find anyone to fix the stuff. He now has yelled at me and my daughter's dad, with my daughter present. When rent was late he told me he didn't care how I got the money. He needed the money by the next day. He has told me to get the **** out several times. He was the one who told me to be out sept 15th. He stated he would come take over the house the 15th and he didn't care if I lived on the streets with my three children. The way he has treated me is very unprofessional.
