First, the business needs to get their company in order, I never received a bill from this company, texted and called with my email address, (THEY DON'T APPARENTLY DON'T MAIL BILLS???) And they were sending it to a wrong email (which I have in Text messages) when I did finally get the bill on 7/2/2022, I told them I would get the bill in the mail, we had a death in the family, I texted my contact (****** ******) that we had the funeral and will get payment on Monday 7/18/2022. I have all this in TEXT messages as we speak with all these, I got a call from Tillotson on Friday on our way back from the funeral and on our way meeting with family after funeral, I explained to ***** on the phone the situation that I would call Monday or she can call me, after I hung up I got a text message from ***** that if they don't get a payment by Monday they would put a lien on the house on the DAY I JUST BURIED MY UNCLE and when THEY KNEW THAT, SO UNPROFFESSTIONAL!!!!!!

We have contacted Ms. ***** repeatedly since her service was completed on February 28, 2022. She was both mailed and emailed invoices. During that time conversations were had with her assuring she was mailing a check to the office. The week of the funeral she told the salesman for me to call on Friday and I did. At that time, I was then put off until Monday for payment. We are very sorry for anyone's loss, at same time she has repeatedly assured us of payment for months. I then told her I would be filing a lien if payment was not received. Unfortunately, it is sad as we pride ourselves in doing a good job. However, payment is required. While she being a realtor and her husband in the printing business and the community in York, no one wants to get bad reviews, this was not for a job not done well, this is for our business trying to collect on a bill they didn't want to pay. We would have worked out a payment plan if needed. We wish the ***** family the best.Customer Response

1. When you have strings of texts asking for the company to send you the bill and gives them your email address, its hard to pay a bill.
2..When you finally find out that the company sends you the bill to the wrong email address, and when the company screens shots the email address and you find out its WRONG email and thats why you never got the bill.
3.A company doesn't call other spouse at their personal work when I have been in communication with that company.
4. When you have strings of TEXTS prove that you told the companys employees that you will call the company Monday and they call the Friday before after you just buried your Uncle and sends your a threat that they will put a lien on your home the day or mourning.
5. When you send our family obituary to the company to prove that you were unavailable.
6. Bill is paid in full, literally 17 days after we recieved the bill.
I would be glad to send all texts if needed for proof.
