    March 23rd of 2022 I had a full mouth extraction and immediate dentures done at the cost of around 8k. Everything was going according to plan. No complaints with the dentures. Relines were done always fit great. Jan 13th I get a call from ********** **** (parent company of Affordable Dentures) that the location I was going to is temporarily closing. They have had several re-opening dates posted on their site. I got my services done so that I could have a beautiful smile for my wedding date. Get a call from affordable dentures saying they are opening the location again but wont be in time to get my final set for my wedding and they recommended going to see another location. New location is limiting themselves to 2 patients from the location i was being seen at and only doing that as a courtesy as they are independently owned and are under no obligation to help. When I called the different locations the only way I get to talk to anyone is if I select the option that I am new patient, not a current patient. When I did finally get a call back from the alternative location they informed me they are under no obligation to help because another independent location closed. When I what I needed to to do to get a refund so I can get my "permanent" dentures I was told I need to talk to the location that is CLOSED. No responses from said location. No call backs. NOTHING.

    I went to Affordable Dentures ** ******** ** back in November of 2022. They told me that they do not deal with insurance. I would have to pay out of pocket and they gave me a piece of paper that I could submit to my insurance for reimbursement. I paid them $******* on November 11th, 2022. On 11/15/2022, they submitted a claim to my insurance for the work I already paid for. Then, sometime before 1/09/2023 they closed their office before I got all my work done and my final dentures. They will not answer or return my phone calls and I am wanting my money back so I can go to a different dentist to finish up the procedure.

    My wife went in September 10, 2022, and her teeth pulled and temporary dentures installed. We had to pay upfront for the permanent ones, $****, due in March. They have permanently closed that office and we have no response from other locations.

    My grandma (Rosemary *******) was referred to Affordable Dentures by her dentist office after having six teeth removed. She had gone in for a consult, then gone in again for the staff to make impressions which in order to do we first were told we had to pay in full. My brother paid for them over the phone using his card, which he does have record of on his bank statement and a paper receipt from them. It was a total of $********. Then they had told her to wait for a phone call as to when they were ready to be placed. We didn't hear back and had tried a couple different times without an answer. Come to find out their business closed entirely and they didn't refund us, didn't let us know, and their phoneline or website doesn't inform anyone of this either. We then decided to call the ***** location just to find out they are all independent franchises and they can't help. They did give us a customer care number and they seemed as if they were going to be helpful when I let them know the situation. She said she would call back when she gathered more information and I have tried a couple weeks to get ahold of her again and left voicemails and nothing. At this point we just need refunded so my grandma can go somewhere and get dentures. Her provider there was Eric * ***** *** and he paid on 10/18/22 and on form it states case created by user #********** if that were to help at all.

    Had affordable dentures quote me out to pull teeth and have dentures made they pulled have the amount of teeth they charged me for and double the cost per tooth pulled after three times of explaining to them that the dentures are not fitting and asking for a refund they quit communicating with me still haven't gotten the permanent dentures called customer services 20 times they say we will have our refund department call within 48 to 72 hours no one calls me back I keep calling and get same response I just want my money back so I can make arrangements with another place to have dentures made the right way
