This company is the absolute worst! Following a vehicle accident in Nov 2023, I was taken to Beatrice community Hospital, where they had to do imaging. Couple of weeks later, I get a bill from radiology associates PC, I called them, Like I had with all of the other Medical bills obtained, to give them the claim number for my Insurance. I am connected with a lady who has a very strong accent, which is not something that is ever an issue for me. However, as I’m trying to give her the claim number, she was rude from the time the call started, and throughout the call. I read the claim number to her. She read it back to me and it was wrong. Twice. so I attempted to give it a third time, she interrupts saying, “ Since I cannot understand you I will be ending the call now” and hangs up! Didn’t offer to transfer me to somebody else nothing no apology just click. I talked to my insurance company and they said they would look into it. See if they can Reach out to them since they had their information blah blah blah. Time goes by all of my other Bills were paid by insurance no problem. never heard anything else From my insurance company related to radiology associates, never received another bill from radiology associates, which led me to believe that it had gotten paid along with the hospital bill, where the imaging was done at. until about a month ago when I receive papers that I’m now going to be garnished for this bill at radiology associates, the same bill that I tried to call and give the claim number on! Which had I not been hung up on, They would’ve had that information and would’ve been paid Along with Beatrice community Hospital, almost a year ago by my insurance! I wasn’t even given the chance to pay it, I was never notified of a court date, never received a follow up bill or a final notice from radiology associates before taking me to court. I had no idea what whatsoever that this bill existed, I assumed it had been paid. They are Insanely unprofessional.
