Not good. I was bidding on a vintage pickup. Bidding closed and I had the high bid. Got a text telling me I was the winning bid. Noticed after that the winning bid was 10% higher than mine. Then saw it listed as no sale. Numerous messages left contacting everyone that was listed with the ad have resulted in crickets. Could at least be given an explanation from someone as to what the story is. Very disappointing to say the least.Review from Wes J

We bought a hopper bottom trailer,. The rear subframe was completely rusted through and it was not disclosed on the website(no word or pics to show). Also not mentioned before bidding began on this item. Previous items purchased through online auctions with any issues were highlighted on website and while live bidding.Review from Jacob B

The user experience between AuctionTime and EquipmentFacts is very, very poor. A company with the financial resources of Sandhills Global can and should do better. If I am logged into AuctionTime, carryover my log-in information to EquipmentFacts. Or better yet, do not expect the customer to utilize two different bidding platforms depending on the auction type. I echo the prior comments about the EquipmentFacts mobile app; it has a distinctive and noticeable time delay, which is a problem.Review from Jay W

My experience with the auction time and the Pro Team auction group was easy and fun. i was able to work while listening to the auctioneers. they were very professional and personal with many of the on site bidders. I look forward to attending one of the future auctions just for that more personal experience. Thanks also to all involved from the posting of pics and descriptions before the auction. Even to the tech guys the day of that kept things up to date and running smooth which enabled , me to have the winning bid on some of the items i was looking at. Great jobReview from Greg S

Went okay but did see lag in the live auction window. Had to refresh many times to keep bid info current. Needs some work I think? Good otherwise.Review from Matt A

Bidding on the website is great! Bidding on the app was very lackluster. Missed out on several items because the app kept crashing.Review from James C

The auction company announced that the winning bidder could take the pick of the lots. There were approximately 14 lots. I won the bid and when i went to select the lots, I could not do so. The online platform would only allow me to pick the quantity of lots I wanted and then I had to buy them in lot order. I would have liked to purchase more lots at the money, but there were some that I didn't want and there was no way to skip those lots. I only was able to purchase 2 lots. The auction company and Equipmentfacts need to be on the same page.
