    Would give zero or negative stars if I could. This place is playing with people's lives. Withholding supplies, fishing for money with fake bills that have already been paid. It is impossible to contact a person to clear a simple question, but they have no problem calling you 4 or 5 times a day or harassing your family members to get payment for something you probably already paid! It took 3 months to get ahold of a single person there, and all they needed was a confirmation of my doctor. When told that I had the same doctor for the 5 years I had been a client, they told me no doctor had EVER been on file, and they had no patient history. This is an uphill battle every single month to get supplies that keep me alive. God forbid I had to do this for my child. Ever since the transition, this place has given me ZERO patient support, despite me giving them a chance time and time again. It doesn't matter if you have been a patient for 5 years, they just see dollar signs, not peoples health and quality of life. Go to literally any other supplier.

    There needs to be a choice for negative 5 stars. Their lack of follow through has direct negative consequences on the health of fragile diabetics. This statement can be proven with medical records and objective data. Find a local DME supplier. Do not trust your loved one’s health with this company.

    This place before and durning COVID was amazing. This business has gone DOWN HILL. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. My daughter has been given the run around over 6+ times in a row. THEY NEVER GET YOUR LIFE NEEDING SUPPLIES IN TIME OR COMMUNICATE WITH YOU. I don't recommend this place to ANYONE, as soon as I can my daughter and I are switching medical suppliers. I am sick to my stomach over this "business" and how they've been conducting themselves. WANNA TALK TO A MANAGER TO COMPLAIN? They just tell you how its your fault MEANWHILE ITS THEM EVERYTIME. My daughter has been SUFFERING because of their lack of care and unorganized business. Please if you have the option to pick another company for your dexcom sensons PLEASE DO. IF I COULD GIVE -NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. BEWARD OF THIS BUSINESS.

    Every single one of my daughter's billing statements has been wrong for the past two years. Every single time, I'm told by a representative that they have billed correctly, including several hangups by the representatives. The escalation process is meaningless, promising callbacks that never happen, with the escalations team admitting to having no actual authority to do anything, resulting in the issue being sent to a billing team for resolution. I shouldn't have to make three phone calls to resolve EVERY SINGLE ORDER. I only leave 1 star because there is no option for zero.

    I felt they did their best to get our Libre 3 prescription filled promptly. Key here is patience as they deal with multiple insurance companies.

    Avoid this company if you can. They decided to start upcharging people with chronic illnesses. Instead of my child's Dexcom diabetes supplies costing $105, they decided to charge us $770, which is ridiculous. They billed our insurance for a medical code instead of a pharmacy code with no warning. Then after months of calls to their company, the bill disappeared and we were told they would resubmit it correctly. Three months later, we got an email saying our bill is past due and they are going to turn us into a collection agency if the bill isn't paid. You know a company is bad when your health insurance is fighting for you. They also called me daily for 8 business days straight from different phone numbers. I told three people we were done with them, but they continued calling. Our first experience with this company was an incorrect shipment. They sent a one month supply of Dexcom supplies instead of a three month supply and then accused me of lying about what was shipped. They finally discovered their mistake after much back and forth correspondence. Avoid this heartless company for your peace of mind. They are affiliated with Adapt Health and Solara. Avoid all of these companies.

    Absolutely horendus company to work with. Costumer service is shocking to say the least. Orders consistently late, which directly affects patient's health. Customer service is sourced outside of the US which causes issues with language barriers.

    Worst diabetes supply company on earth. My husband hasn’t had his Dexcom 6 sensors or transmitter prescription filled since January 2024. Long story short but everything that that all the other bad reviews said is what has happened to us. And out of the blue I got a text message that they were attempting to start an order and that they successfully charged my credit card $2,088.79 without billing the insurance. They lied to me about that. I called the insurance company and they never even attempted to call or file a claim. They just billed our credit card for the full amount and I have yet to get a refund after canceling the order because of countless hours on the phone and after trying to get this prescription filled for three months and nothing. This is fraud!

    Worst customer service possible!! Their texting updates system does not work. Got text that my prescription was due and asked for a reply, which I did. A day later I got the same text which I also responded to. A week later I called customer service because I still did not have my order placed and spoke to a rep who barely spoke English, extremely hard to understand. I had to repeat my email 6 times before she got it right. Asked me for all the information that they already had on file including insurance, address, phone, credit card, etc. This was a very frustrating call that went on for 15 minutes and all I wanted to know was why my order hadn't been filled. Immediately after hanging up I got a text that my credit card was billed for my order. No confirmation that my item had shipped or was in process. Next day I again called customer service who did the same song and dance the first one did, only in a little better English. My order still had not been placed or shipped. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor and the response was "Why do you want to speak to a supervisor?" Finally put me through to a "complaint resolution" person who gave me the same song and dance. This one finally told me the prescription had been shipped and would arrive in four days, 10 days after it was due. She did send me a text with the shipping info after saying she didn't know why I hadn't already received it. I was forced to use this pharmacy when my previous one, that provided exceptional service, forwarded their business to these incompetents. After 2 months of dealing with these guys I am switching to a different pharmacy. Do NOT use this company for ANY reason. Not sure why they haven't been shut down yet.
