            Hand-E Help owned by **** ******* was recommended by **** *****. I wanted a bathroom remodel done and what should have taken a couple days took almost two weeks. The shower trim and cocking is terrible. I had picked out a vanity and one of the guys told me I couldn't use it for certain reasons, returned it and picked out one and brought back and put in and wasn't even one I wanted. The owner was out of town the entire time and when I asked him to stop over and look at the project, he'd always send someone else. In January of 2024, I sent him a message regarding some woodwork that look to be damaged from what they did, he asked for a picture and has never responded to me.

            Thank you for communicating  your concerns. We did that job in 2022 and have been back more than once. You have hired us to repair drywall and I gave you a big discount in March 2023. I’d be happy to fix the trim and recaulk your shower for no cost to you. We appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience. Please call our office ********** to get this repair on the schedule.

            The original work was done a couple years ago. I finally received contact from owner and he wants to fix the problems but still waiting for them to come look at the bathroom.
