Overall I think that most of the people working for the company is actually passionate about their job. I believe they really do want the help out parents and their children in an already stressful situation. However, I have encountered a few bad apples within the company along the way. Did not get back to me as agreed after paying 350 deductible. ( January 11 ,2024 ) Walked into office Monday January 22 ,2024 and the lights were on and waited for one hour and finally walked around saying , “ hello is anyone here “ . I started to get very concerned, so I left . I arrived home and sent a text to them and file the first complaint and notified all parties involved with this business transaction. I immediately received a response from them within 10 minutes of filing the complaint. This is very troubling to me , so since paying with my debit card my bank said it will be very getting my money back . So I’ submitting this experience.Buoyant Family Services Response

Dear sir. Thank you for submitting this complaint. Unfortunately the account of events given here are not accurate. Everything was completed per protocol, unfortunately we are still missing information from your end that has created the hold up. We have tried calling over 8 times. The office was closed due to the owners of the building doing maintenance. Scheduled clients were called and informed. Pleaese kindly give our office a call (4029337577).
