    We saw this owner’s business ad on Facebook and reached out as we were looking for a new refrigerator. We met with the owner who is a reseller with *** selling unused floor model and excess inventory items. The refrigerator we found was sold as essentially “new” with stickers on it on June 12, 2024 and which we have had some challenges with from the start (started with freezer not keeping to proper temp). Mind you it was labeled “100% working order” I still have the photo. We found that eventually we couldn’t use the freezer at all and had to empty it and now the entire unit is not working (entire fridge below safe temperature). We have tried on numerous occasions to resolve the situation through various means such as: *original warranty - but no one can seem to provide us with the appropriate documentation; *through the owner of the business - but he makes promises for service and/or replacement then stops responding and does not manage to follow through We have kept all of our dated communications if they are needed though the owner seemed like a decent guy and we really weren’t expecting to have to resolve things this way. At this point- he gave us a service guy’s number he was going to send in 24/48’hours but when we called the phone number, it was the wrong number. When we tried to call the owner back, as has happened on numerous occasions lately especially, we are getting no answer after multiple calls. We need a refrigerator so at this time we have put in a call to hometown heroes who has promised to come out and look at and diagnose and presumably fix the refrigerator tomorrow at our cost. We don’t know if *** is selling this reseller, defective refrigerators, and they are in the midst of resolving it or what the problem is but we have been working on resolving this for months and we need our refrigerator especially with our young children and infant son… NOTE: Seeking diagnosis & repair costs OR refund and removal of the item

    ******* ******* has business called good life electronics recyclers llc ,he also has a contract with nfm every week he picks up truckload of they're damaged ,returns,clearance items! He hired me to work for him! My pay was to be $20/ he if I worked at garage $15/he if I took stuff home to work! I was to get 30% commission from all sells from nfm stuff and he never got to the posting on eBay stuff so won't talk bout that! I also gave him $900 cash to hold for me because I trusted him and I needed to save it! So I never got paid everything I was owed from 3/28/24-6/17/24 I worked 113/hrs at $20/hr=$2260 plus 15 hrs I worked from home =,225,I purchased items for garage/ office valued at$750 plus I sold $14295 n items n owed 30%=$4288 grand total of everything is $6423 he had paid me $2639 on cash app because thats how we agreed hed pay so he still owes me $3785 and he wont even answer my calls i want wat he right fully owes me!
