We filed a home insurance claim back in July due to storm damage, and AGR was sent to our house to do an appraisal and quote the work being done. At that time, we felt confident that the job would be done well thanks to the sales rep that was at our home. We were promised everything we were concerned with would be handled. AGR was terrible with communication, we did not know when the roof would be done or when their contractors would show up. We had people showing up randomly, sometimes not even doing any work, leaving our gate open, and leaving materials all over our yard and driveway. After the roof was completed, there were nails all over our yard and driveway. The roof looked terrible when it was completed, did not look professional at all. And on top of that, our brand new fence gate was damaged and bent by AGR employees and they have not addressed that concern at all. Trying to get ahold of anyone to address our concerns has been the most difficult process ever. It is now 6+ months later, and we have not had some of the work done that was promised by AGR. We would not recommend this company to anyone looking to get a great, professional roofing service.

I recently had AGR Roofing replace my roof, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They completed the job on time and within budget, and the quality of their work is exceptional. I can’t properly express my appreciation to Ryan Tovey and his crew at AGR. They stepped up recently when I experienced significant damage to my roof caused by another company that wouldn’t take responsibility for the damage they caused. AGR fixed my roof quickly before winter hit to prevent further damage to my house. AGR is a reputable company with great management and great employees. After our first Nebraska storm experience, we didn't know where to start with repairs, but Zach and his team made the insurance and construction process so easy. Zach and the team AGR were incredible to work with. They worked directly with our insurance to make sure everything was taken care of and as seamless as possible for us. AGR Roofing and Construction about our job and refused to send us written not email invoice. So we went to our insurance company to have them send it to them by fax or email so we could print it off. All they sent was invoice not itemized copy of hours and materials. Plus had to call several times, once was told we forgot about you. Also that person no longer works here.Review from Nicole G

Fabulous job on my friend's roof here in Le Mars, Iowa! They had been needing it for a while and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! It's amazing how much the entire look of the house improved just with a new roof!
