Excellent next day appointment to help fix an issue with striker plate for replacement front door handle set. Jim, the technician from Handyman in Papillion, diagnosed the problem and took corrective measures in minimal time. Great customer service from initial phone call to Jim completing the service call. Will use Mr. Handyman again as issues in the home arise.!Review from Lee L

I experienced poor workmanship, three additional visits to repair the first technicians botched work (i.e. replace three existing light fixtures, repair windowsills, did not measure the garage door opener/ before assembling opener/wrong size, backed into my house, poor scheduling, receptionist yelling at me and hung up). The above-mentioned repair projects took 19 hours, four separate visits/technicians that required me to take time off work. Three weeks after the garage door opener was installed it broke. I called Omaha Doors and Windows to repair Mr. Handyman garage door installation. The initial repair cost contract increased 5X's without Mr. Handyman providing an updated contract prior and a signature approving the repair cost. Completely unacceptable.Review from Jim L

Fantastic! Had a second-floor deck on an apartment building who's footers sank, the deck surface was an uncomfortable slant. We talked about removing the deck borders, cutting shims to marry to the joists and then putting the decking back on. When they arrived to do the work, they found that they could simply jack-up the whole structure and put shims under the support columns to level the whole thing. Easier solution, much quicker and a greatly reduced cost! Jim was great to work with, response and on it. We'll be using this franchise for more work in the future, guaranteed.Review from Judy B

We are very happy with the repairs made to our wall sockets. He went to great lengths to be sure we had power in all our wall sockets, replaced the bad ones, and located a problem with a circuit breaker. Kenny was a great worker, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend him and his work ethic.

Jerry came out to fix my leaky toilet. He was friendly, quick, and cleaned up the with space. He showed me his work so I felt very confident it was done well. I've worked with with Mr. Handyman before when I had a bird nest in a second-story exhaust vent. Too high for me! Handyman came over, cleared the vent, and installed the bird guard I bought. Really handy when I'm out of my depth, too busy, or I need more help with a project.Mr. Handyman of Papillion Response

High praise to Mr. Handyman of Papillion! We have worked with this company for years in maintaining a rental property. Mr. Handyman has saved the day for us many, many times. We have worked with them on both smaller projects and larger endeavors, and they have been fantastic each and every time. Most recently, we have been doing a massive cleanup of the house to get it ready to go on the market. This team has worked tirelessly to get the house in shape (and it was in pretty tough shape). Workmanship and quality are excellent and communication from Dan (owner) is responsive, timely, and courteous. He has worked very hard to be transparent and keep costs reasonable.
