I've lived in my house for just over 20 years now. Obviously a lot of little things need to be fixed, upgraded, updated or simply demolished and redone. As a younger woman, many of these little jobs were an enjoyable distraction from reality. Now as a 60+ yo woman, I can't do what I enjoy. Working with Joseph from Giant Rocks Construction has been a total joy! At 1st, like any new contractor, I wanted to know what he knew. He showed me tons of pics from jobs he's done before. I was impressed. So, I started him on a small job. Replace & buffer with wood behind my drywall to replace & secure the banister that ripped out of the wall. He told me he could it. At one point, I had to redirect him when I saw what he was doing, but over the course of several days, waiting for mud to dry & the sanding process, he got it done in time for my painters to show up. He even said he'd take care of painting if his time overlapped with my painters schedule. The price was fair and he communicated with me through the whole process. I've now gotten several other estimates from him for various other jobs to do including building a retaining wall and redirecting a downspout to include a buried drain. I'm highly impressed with his skills and will recommend him to others.Review from Russell c

This company is very bad, try to scam you for more money out of to do for the bad work they do, telling they will fix it for more money, they don't tell you everything up front, and if you want it fix then you will have to pay more to fix it. They send non-English speaking to do, who don't know how to do the job. And supervisor who never show at the site. To see if the work is been done right. they do a haft *** job so if want it better you have to pay more.
