Only gave one star because zero wasn't an option. Had my car five weeks and charged me $4400 for used transmission. Mechanic clearly saw we have small child in car. Despite this he took $4400 and when we finally got car back just one week before Christmas power steering not working properly or efficiently. Power steering did not have any issue when brought there. Mechani unethical and dishonest and immensley over charged and car came back not properly working.

Dropped my car off for a routine inspection, oil change, and a look at a squeaky belt. They ended up keeping my car for almost 2 months. Tried to get my car back and I was told I would have to pay for a part that was “special order” and couldn’t be cancelled. Talked to the owner agreeing to pay for work requested/performed but not the part they never received/installed into my car. He got extremely irate and told me to F**** myself and hung up on me. Thanks to the girl at the front desk I was able to talk to the supplier of the part who confirm that it had not been charged to the shop and could in fact be cancelled at no charge. I cancelled with supplier and asked the Owner about this but he again lied saying it was special order that couldn’t be cancelled. I requested an itemized receipt of the work performed on my car and was told it would take time as there where no reports in their system on what was done so they would have to “discuss and get back to me”. Invoice received was $200 more than the initial quote & included parts/services I never requested or approved of, e.g., $103.60 for windshield wipers they never asked me to replaced, they just did it an charged me for it. When I went in to discuss they told me to take my car and demanded I pay cash. If I didn’t take my car he said would charge me $125 a day to hold my car until I picked it up. Owner continued to get more aggressive and threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t bring the loner car back asap, this was before I had my car back. I fully intended to return the loner car once I paid for and received my car back. We were lied to, taken advantage of, threatened and forced to pay for parts/services we did not ask for. Do not recommend.
