Contacted for adding a roof over a deck and while talking with an agent, went into possible doing a siding job. Received a quote and agreed to the job. Couple of weeks and the company came and did it. On completion, found some items not satisfied with and ***, owner, came, we discussed the items and he left. A couple of weeks later sent an e-mail to the office and asked for progress in the complaint. A week later, contacted *****, agent from before, left a message about the complaint and asked an estimate to repair a problem that arose from the siding complaint. Gave two days and would leave a review. Suggested a not happy review. Now the review of it all is not satisfied with communications and entirety. Perhaps someone might look for alternative company, and quotes. Have been in business in early years and never wanted any negativity and always settled with satisfaction.

When we discussed your request to cover the rolled roofing that extended up the wall, I explained that cutting or folding the roofing material could lead to leaks, as this type of material is prone to cracking when altered. At the time, it seemed we were on the same page, and you appeared satisfied with the explanation.I also recall that you were pleased enough with our work to ask for a quote on building a roof over your porch, which I mentioned might take some time as we dont typically do extensive framing work. I apologize if the delay in getting back to you caused any frustration.I want to assure you that my primary concern is to avoid causing any damage to your roof and to ensure that any work we do is up to the highest standards. Came on a 90+ degree day and did our entire house, quickly and efficiently. Clean up was excellent, the roof looks great and the workers did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Wrapping hot water vent pipe workers ripped it off tank and had a carbon monoxide scare fire department discovered it and never covered whole roof with white rubber as contract stated

At that time, your furnace and chimney pipe were functioning properly. If there had been an issue with the chimney pipe, it would have likely caused problems immediately after the roof installation.Upon receiving your call in July about the chimney pipe and the carbon monoxide detector, I immediately reached out to express my concern and offered to cover the cost of a heating specialist to ensure everything was safe. Your safety is our top priority, and I was pleased that you seemed satisfied with this resolution.Later, you mentioned there was bare metal visible on the roof, suggesting we had not applied rubber to the entire surface. I assured you that our team had thoroughly inspected the roof and provided photographic evidence of the complete rubber application. Despite this, I offered to personally re-inspect the roof and address any issues, and you seemed content with that solution as well.We take great pride in our work and customer satisfaction, and we stand by the quality of our service.
